April 1, 1963 Exile Cuban Leaders restricted to DADE COUNTY - start of JFK hatred

Quote:That sighting of LHO at the camp presumably came in 1963 after LHO moved to New Orleans. That's when Bishop claimed to have been in New Orleans as quoted above.

This is from Armstrong's Harvey and Lee.
NOTE: In 1961 career CIA officer David At lee Phillips was put in charge of anti-propaganda

operations against the newly created FPCC. While Lee Harvey Oswald was
in the Soviet Union many people came in contact with Lee Oswald, who associated himself
with the FPCC, and may have been working undercover at Phillips' direction. Phillips,
using the name "Maurice Bishop," met with Lee Oswald in Dallas in September 1963
and frequented the training camps at Lake Pontchartrain.

I was alsways under the impression that the FBI or CIA created the FPCC (prob FBI) and many of its members were informants....

It was at one of the training camps that Lee Oswald was seen, and filmed, with
an 8 mm home movie in the summer of 1963, which was found by researchers in the
Georgetown University Library. Following is a short excerpt from the film as descrubed
by Tanenbaum to the Assassination Records Review Board in 1996:

"The cameras view moved to another group of men standing by a· truck. One of the men

in the group turned around and smiled at the camera. It was actually more of a smirk
than a smile, the famous smirk ..... Lee Harvey Oswald. There were several unidentified
men .....

(not from the training camp - I believe)

Gee, I thought when I said that anti-Castro Cubans were involved along with a few others so many years ago many researchers said not true, and told me that my buddies would tell me fairy tales?

Guess it's not over till the fat lady sings, wait, I think I hear her now!

You're not going to find anywhere, in any document 'WHO' was involved, just a lot more, well you know, information.

Then... ISN'T THIS EVIDENCE OF ANTONIO VECIANA TESTIMONY? Why then does everyone need to be a liar when he was telling the truth?

Let's reiterate shall we?

By April 1, 1963 the Cubans are pretty pissed because of the previous promise as noted, 'this flag will fly freely over Havana' bullshit promise, they will have airsupport, bullshit promise, the US pulled it's missiles out of Turkey over the Cuban missile crisis, bullshit!

Enough is enough with what Jack did, thus is the reason LBJ allowed them to carry on, even when Jack cracked down on them from infiltrations, more bullshit, tell me? How much bullshit is one to take till some mercenary men have to get involved?

Oh, and than I forgot that by November 26, 1963, they were already planning on who would be the next president over Cuba, after whacking Jack. Wow! There is so much I want to say, but, I can't, oh well...

Mr. Kaiser: For my limited 2 cents worth--Someone should explain what the training film was about in which Oswald appeared. Thebiggest questions I have are

(1) Why did [CIA officer] Colonel Bill Bishop see this film? When did he see this film? For what purpose? How did he remember the face of Oswald from the film? Sounds like the film story is mostly artificial as far as its purpose is concerned.
(2) When was it made?
(3) To whom was it supposed to be targeted to? Was it to show Cuban exiles how to wage guerilla war? If so (and since Oswald was in it), it had to be made in 1963. This was long after the Bay of Pigs, long after JFK had cut off the money for the Cubans. This looks like deja vu on the Sylvia Odio, "Angel and Leopoldo" incident. The simplest conclusion would be that the CIA made this film simply to falsely implicate Oswald with Cubans, just like the FPCC "infiltration."
(4) The only known involvement with Cubans that I have found is that Sergio Archacha-Smith was traveling with Rose Charamie to Dallas "to kill Kennedy." He apparently had heard about the assassination in advance from Guy Banister and/or Carlos Bringuier in NOLA.
(5) Connecting Oswald with Cubans doesn't really prove anything. In his book "General Walker...", Dr. Jeffrey Caufield makes an airtight case that Oswald was also working for Senator James O Eastland in Summer, 1963 trying to infiltrate CORE, SNCC, FPCC and possibly other Civil Rights groups. That parallels the fake "association" of Oswald with the anti-Castro Cubans and Sylvia Odio. It was disinformation. Oswald was also in attendance at ACLU meetings in Dallas with Michael Paine. Etc.Etc.
(5) Why was this film in the possession of Georgetown University? That, to me is the biggest question.

A- You can't mole a pasty until you fully get to know who he is.

(2) When was it made?

A- That is anybody's guess, but, if you want to narrow it down, it was during the time Oswald was either in New Orleans, or Miami at a training camp, Santiago Alvarez is still alive, I noticed his name on this thread in a document, very nice man, quiet, and what I do know is that the Commando L and JURE group were part of the Cubanos Unidos, and no one knew.

A- Again, refer to my answer regarding your question in number one.

(4) The only known involvement with Cubans that I have found is that Sergio Archacha-Smith was traveling with Rose Charamie to Dallas "to kill Kennedy." He apparently had heard about the assassination in advance from Guy Banister and/or Carlos Bringuier in NOLA.

A- Too many stories.

Etc.Etc.

A- You're right, it doesn't prove a thing, it's not suppose to.

(5) Why was this film in the possession of Georgetown University? That, to me is the biggest question.

A- Great school Constantine B. was a professor at Georgetown, he was also leader of NTS and worked with my dad on recruiting white Russians to kill Castro.

Forgot to mention that many professors at Georgetown, and UM (University of Miami) were CIA agents.

In fact, that photo of Oswald shows Oswald in a film with Frank Sturgis and Marita Lorenz. Lee Oswald is wearing the same shirt and pants in that film, so, if this is a true photo of Lee, then it was taken in Miami.
