Ted Kennedy Dead - Taking Many Secrets To Grave With Him.

He was invited and it was assumed until today he [as with all the living former Presidents] would be there - when he suddenly said his son 'W' would represent him there. It is really quite an insult. In death, it is expected that Party and politics among the leading politicians is just 'dropped'. Many prominent Republicans will be there. I think it is his conscience. I hope W gets booed at the event, frankly.

It breaks with his personal tradition as well. When President Kennedy died GHWB immediately showed up to pay his respects.

He even planned to be there before the event....interesting!

He must have to wash his hair or something important.

SMERSH was taken, and setting aside the word "scum" for the moment, let's try Society of Many Evil Greedy Men in Alliance (though I'm not sure the acronym works well; maybe that wouldn't be properly rated.)

Power control group sounds like a corporate committee.

We could look to the medical world and infectious immunology and find terms for disease, cancer, etc. Terms of scatology are also down the spectrum of acceptability, but that's the point: these folks are vile, despicable, bad for socio-political health and well-being, and any society (even ants) know enough to separate it out and keep it on the distant fringes of their community.

Refuse is the category, and that is how they should be treated,

Since there is some indication he may have played some role in what we now call Watergate, it wouldn't suprise me he participated in some way in Teddy's beartrap. It is more than certain he was involved in some ways in Dallas and, again wouldn't surprise me if involved in what happened at the Ambassador Hotel. When Bush 41 dies the world will be rid of a very evil man from a very evil family.

I completely agree. His absence alsong with that of JFK jr. made me want to re-watch John Hankey's "The Assassination of Jfk Jr: Murder by Manchurian Candidate" with all its Bush connections. So I did. I doubt the man has a conscience, and he certainly cannot use his age as an excuse as he jumps out of planes still, so we are left to wonder why he was a no show. Perhaps he is simply so evil that he dared not appear in a church for fear of some supernatural event advancing his own demise. Smile
