Yesterday and Today and Tomorrow
#1
Ruminations on a late night on an early day in February 2010

I am immersed in a book which many here know of, or have read, or more... James Douglass' "JFK and the Unspeakable" or, as I have been taught, JFKU, whose topic is near and dear to us and whose lessons are the primary reason we have come together here in this place.

I am not a JFK researcher, but I have found some community with those of you who are. In some sense, I moved on... experientially ... to MLK, RFK, 9/11 et alia, seeking to understand and shine a light on the dark nexi who visit these kinds of things upon the world. As I scan the digital world tonight, I find one blog entry which touches upon the same themes we and I keep returning to. Ed Encho (now at Manageable Ants.blogspot) returns there too, and in today's entry he runs a re-run of part of the Bill Moyers'
1987 PBS expose on the Secret Government: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_sstDwKTC..._embedded# .

"As is now apparent to those who are awake the system is kaput, Obama has caved in to the militarists (as if ANY puppet president doesn't) and the ramping up to WW III is back on again with the fifth columnists, the pocket media and the neocons and their ilk pushing ... for a strike on Iran. The only thing thicker than Israeli disinformation these days are al CIAda warnings of upcoming attacks on Der Heimat.

The internet is going to go away soon, or at least it is for those of us who are into any serious challenge of the system, the official chatter of a massive 'terror' attack on cyber networks is just the latest excuse after the child porn thing shot it's proverbial wad.

So do your best to get stuff like this video out to as many as possible while it is still possible."

The video speaks, as does Douglass, of the beginning of the national security state, the CIA, and the stuff about which I don't have to educate people who are reading this.

But I suspect Encho is right in suggesting that we soon may be reduced to typing our truth in triplicate on trusty old typewriters and sharing it in community, burying it in metal cases hidden beneath stone walls, whispering it to our children and grandchildren, or around campfires.

We have much work to do. Light a candle and find your mirror with which to project and reflect the Light.
