Hardly Know Where To Begin Deconstructing This Video Against Obama

While I have many strong problems with Obama from a progressive point of view, this video by some unknown entity has made a very slick video against Obama from the neo-fascist right [IMO].....intent on soon electing someone who'd make W look like a progressive - and just put an end to whatever democratic 'experiment' America has been.....
"Let me issue and control a nation's money and I care not who writes the laws. - Mayer Rothschild
"Civil disobedience is not our problem. Our problem is civil obedience! People are obedient in the face of poverty, starvation, stupidity, war, and cruelty. Our problem is that grand thieves are running the country. That's our problem!" - Howard Zinn
"If there is no struggle there is no progress. Power concedes nothing without a demand. It never did and never will" - Frederick Douglass

Yeah. The trick is not to get into supporting Obomba in defence of these fascists though and to be true about his flaws and faults, which are many, while at the same time not going goose stepping down that road but to put a democratic alternative. That is democratic as in the philosophy not the party. Can't support either of the corporate front parties in the US.

"He would, wouldn't he?" Mandy Rice-Davies. When asked in court whether she knew that Lord Astor had denied having sex with her.

The selection of the man currently in the Oval Office by the oligarchic plutocracy (or whatever we're calling them these days) was predestined to send Americans flying into the arms of yet another sweet-talking despot; it won't be Palin, or Glenn Beck, or anyone even close to them; it won't be any of the old front-runners or possibles, though Romney and perhaps another may provide for an interesting race. Jeb has been pre-anointed by some prognosticators, and longshots are being named (like the new Senator from Massachusetts). Obama came from out of nowhere (except possibly the madrassas of the CIA, THE operative arm of the Wall Street-based cabal that has brought us to this point thus far). Look at the bright side; without it, I would not have found such wonderful people as those here at Deep Politics Forum. But I digress... Read the comments under the video. Actually, the video is a masterful piece of work because it captures the mood of the country in terms of what the governance system has delivered. And most of the people are bleating right on cue.... And it looks like they are going to pick the right chute.

I do not think Obama is the answer, though there is some indication and some punditry that suggests he is awakening himself -- as JFK did -- but he will not be allowed to say much, will he?

I do not think the answer for us as citizens here in the States is to vote with the ballot (nor the bullet, though there are surely many suggesting, wanting, opting or preparing...), but to vote with action. I think it lies in our very own deeply localized thinking and preparation to create resilient mini-economies, communities that can strengthen in times of economic devastation, war, post-peak everything. It will require of us a sturdiness of character, leadership skills, supreme interpersonal communications skills, stamina, resolve, wits, humor and spiritual strength.

Given the amount of election fraud and irregularities in that election I am not surprised.

Hope you're not holding your breath there Ed. I can't see him doing anything against tptb.I think this talk is part of the plan myself. String the true believers in Change and Hope along.

Oh, lol, you would also be described over here, as I have been, a cynic. No, I am not holding my breath. But the pundit is not your average commentator: JEFF GATES: OBAMA’S INNER EISENHOWER

As for the Massachusetts election, being a resident, I can say that the temperament and turnout for Brown was palpable and visible. The polls in a nearby upscale bellwether community were packed enough so as to create traffic jams for commuters. I read the Mitteldorf article and think he has it well-pegged in terms of Coakley's activity and incompetence in campaigning; it lacked energy, though it packed tons of commercials onto the airwaves. She took the race for granted as a Democrat in Kennedy-land. And, like a lot of Democrats, she totally misread the mood of the people. Or, as inferred, the Dems put the engine in neutral as they near the finish line. I look forward to listening to the radio bit with Lance DeHaven-Smith, having read his work on SCAD's.
