Protesters liberate broken Tory HQ and take to the roof as anti-cuts resisters resist shock therapy
#11
The MSM coverage is now solely framed on the "hunt" for the "violent thug" who should be tried and sent to prison for "attempted murder".

The act of throwing a fire extinguisher off the roof towards the crowd below was reckless and totally wrong.

Unfortunately, it has provided TPTB and their media lackeys with the opportunity to focus the "national debate" on a moment's stupidity and totally ignore the real issues and the massive scale of the protest.

It's possible that the bloke who threw the fire extinguisher was an agent provocateur. It's probably more likely that he was thoughtless and reckless.

Whatever - his action provided TPTB with an ideal propaganda opportunity, and their lackeys are busily reading from the approved script.

I must say it crossed my mind that the Deep State had a hand in the whole thing too. I've seen comment about this somewhere. Can't recall where but there are uncanny parallels with the G20 London protests where a photo taken from inside the building of people smashing the Nat West Bank window, along with the crowd around them was analyzed and all but the window smashers and 2-3 others in a crowd of about 25 were positively identified as Journo's - talk about stage-managed violence for the cameras and the news schedules.

Similarly with this. In response to calls for help from the CCHQ staff (functionaries) the met sent just a couple of dozen cops who arrived an hour later. Lots of lovely violence to be filmed and milked for all its worth.

Apparently students have occupied the largest building at Sussex University in England to protest the Tory-Lib austerity assault on education.

Further to the above, just have a look at this:
Quote:Let's Play A Game: Anarchist Or Photo Op?

from the take-your-pic dept

Last week, there were student protests in the UK, concerning massively increased fees, and apparently on the fringes of the protests there was some violence, which of course the press picked up on, because "if it bleeds, it leads." Or, in this case, if it "kicks in a glass window, it leads." Apparently a whole bunch of newspapers all carried the same photo on their front covers. I've posted all nine such covers after the jump, but here are a couple just to give you the idea:
[Image: sOzLA.jpg][Image: 5j92v.jpg] However, as some have noted, what may be more interesting is that if you look at a wider lens version of a similar image, you see that the guy kicking in the glass appears to be surrounded by a ton of photographers. In fact, the whole thing almost looks like a setup, with every single newspaper cropping out the photographers: [Image: R9btG.jpg] It looks like the wide angle shot was taken either seconds before, or seconds after the shot used by all the papers, but it's pretty close. Of course, with so many photographers, it does seem a bit odd that the newspapers all seemed to use a single photograph for their covers. What happened to the images from the others? Anyway, see the nine covers after the jump. The only 'rioter in sight - the guy kicking in the window. The rest? - journos, policemen and the odd curious onlooker. An EXACT repeat of the G20 Nat west "riot".

Then note how ALL the papers doctored the picture.

Indeed they are better than a thousand words.

Great work Peter.

I noted from TV news footage that several policemen were standing nearby watching the destruction take place - not lifting a finger to stop the act of criminal damage.

You can also see that in the larger picture you posted.

If I tried to do that I'd be arrested tout sweet...

Peter P - excellent find.

The guy from Special Branch was probably calling "Action!"

It reminds me of an "evil paparazzi invade privacy" incident I once witnessed in a Camden pub, where a Radio 1 DJ had to flee through a side door with his "girlfriend" pursued by the rabid snappers.

It was all a setup. The DJ was drinking in a corner of the pub with the woman - a B-list celebrity whose name I forget. Suddenly, a bunch of snappers appeared. They talked to a man (presumably a PR agent), who then talked to the DJ and the woman. After a couple of minutes, the DJ and the woman ran out of the pub pursued by the paparazzi. However, clearly they didn't get the photos they wanted, because a couple of minutes later, DJ and bird returned and the whole charade was repeated.

The celebrity columns next morrning were filled with photos of "Lovecheat DJ flees secret tryst with curvy stunna" type tosh.

That was all a setup to raise the profile of 2 minor celebs.

The Millbank fix had altogether more sinister motivations.

Yes, and my thoughts now begin to linger around who arranged the demo in the first place and whether that person was complicit with the authorities in framing what clearly was the highlight of it, namely the planned "reckless" demonstration at Tory HQ (poor wee things...)

I was driving today and listening to news reports of the November 24 student protest on the radio.

The key image for MSM and the government spin doctors has been the police riot van being attacked by "violent protestors".

On the radio, I heard a marcher say that this was all a setup. The police van was deliberately abandoned by police in the area where the most militant students had gathered.

The rozzers then mysteriously vanished.

MSM snappers and TV crews stayed.

Another setup, then.

And even then, some marchers apparently tried to stop other marchers from attacking the deliberately abandoned police van.....
