I do not have ready documentation, but have followed
the birth issue very closely. The fact that democrats have spent more than $1 million on legal fees in resistance says a lot, when all they have to do is produce a piece of paper. More later. Have to leave now. Jack

Armour Dunham is said to have worked for a series of furniture stores." There is a "Pratt's" in Kailua Kona on the island of Hawaii that sells furniture and kitchenware but the store listed as Dunham's employer is "Pratt Furniture Company" in Honolulu. There is a Pratt Furniture store in Pratt, Kansas. Dunham lived in Wichita, Kansas before shipping out to Europe in World War II. Barack Obama's mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, was born in Wichita in 1942. Madelyn Dunham worked at a Boeing B-29 plant in Wichita while her husband was in Europe. Pratt Furniture in Pratt, Kansas is not a chain and did not have a branch in Honolulu. However, Pratt lies about 75 miles due west of Wichita on U.S. Highway 54. The CIA has a history of using retail store front operations as cover. The CIA and National Security Agency once operated a super-secret Special Collection Service (SCS) facility out of a strip mall in College Park, Maryland. The two spy agencies operated in the back of a restaurant and dry-cleaning store. The stores operated as legitimate retail operations with the secret operations being carried out in the back rooms. For many years a furniture store in Arlington, Virginia has operated with the popular suspicion that it, too, is a front operation for the CIA. WMR also previously reported: "The photograph of Armour Dunham with Barack Obama, Sr., indicates that the 'furniture salesman' in Hawaii was, in fact, working with a CIA-funded project to rapidly educate aspiring politicians to serve in post-independence African governments to counter Soviet- and Chinese-backed political leaders in the region. There is a strong reason to believe that Armour Dunham worked in the 1950s for the CIA in the Middle East. An FBI file on Armour Dunham existed but the bureau claimed it destroyed the file on May 1, 1997. Considering the sour relations between the FBI and CIA during the Cold War, it is likely that Armour Dunham was being monitored by FBI director J. Edgar Hoover in the same manner as a number of other CIA officials and agents were being surveilled. Similarly, the pre-1968 passport records of Obama's mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, were destroyed by the State Department." There is another possible reason for the FBI to have maintained a file on Dunham. In the years in which "Ozzie and Harriett" and the "Cleavers" represented the typical American family on television, Ann Dunham's marriage to a black African when she was 17 may have resulted in a report being filed by the FBI from Honolulu. Although Hawaii was much more tolerant of mixed race marriages in the early 1960s then the mainland, Hoover frowned on such marriages, especially involving the daughter of a CIA operative who was attending Russian-language class at the University of Hawaii and where she allegedly first met her first husband, Barack Obama, Sr. Mr. Dunham's FBI file may have grown a bit larger after his daughter moved with Barack Obama. Jr. to Jakarta and where young Barry Soetoro was raised by a transsexual nanny named "Turdi." Hoover, himself a homosexual, was keen on identifying and keeping files on any other homosexuals connected in any way to the government, especially the CIA, with which he had a fractured and testy relationship. Turdi tended to Barry by day and frolicked at night with a dance group called the "Fantastic Dolls." Obama lived with his step-father, Lolo Soetoro, and mother in the Menteng-Dalam district of Jakarta from 1967 to 1971. Well, this certainly is interesting. It sheds light on the business of doing business, the nation's businsess, nobody's business, and re-arranging the furniture upstairs. It goes toward a long-standing theory of mine, gets added to a budding bibliography, and no doubt will bring defensive and offensive shots from other points on the compass. It certainly deserves watching, further research, etc., and not derisive dismissal. It's just information, and a working thesis. The issue is whether it will, over time, hold up under scrutiny. The Obama not having a birth certificate is a bogus conspiracy theory!
I tried very hard to find evidence and there is not only little, but there is NONE. I am moderate... and could care less about left right hate BS, but I tried really hard to run this down. Hawaii does not realease ANY birth certificates. That is State law, so no one can get one on anyone (possibly unless the person he or herself requests it)? This theory is not just weak, but abysmally weak. I spent *hours* wasting my time. Even Ann Coulter proclaimed it bogus because all of the right wing types were trying so hard to verify it because they hate Obama so much. Get real! From Defend Our Freedoms.org; Dr. Orly Taitz, of California, has published an open letter to Congress. The first two paragraphs are as follows:
Dear Senators and Congressmen: Thank you for taking the time to review the documentation relevant to the Constitutional legitimacy of the presidency Barack Obama. There have been various problems with the vetting of Mr. Obama throughout the campaign and the present. I’d like to take the opportunity to highlight the most pertinent and alarming issues that have been clearly revealed. I’m sure you will agree that this information must be further investigated promptly before any damage is done to the United States and its citizens—beyond the Constitutional compromises that currently exist. Most interesting, though, is the fact that Mr. Obama has not simply ordered the original vault copy of his birth certificate to be sealed and chosen to retain three (3) law firms to defend the various cases—spending a reported $800,000 (of whose money?). If Mr. Obama has nothing to hide, then why fight the more than 42 cases in federal courts alone (According to Justia) and similar number in state courts of which the merits are well-founded and substantiated through factual evidence, state and federal statutes, and international laws. Main issue is that the state of HI, according to statue 338 allows Foreign born children of Hawaiian residents to obtain Hawaiian birth certificates and obtain them based on a statement of one relative only. There is plenty of evidence of Mr. Obama being born in Kenya and obtaining his Hawaiian birth certificate based on a statement of his grandparent only, who simply didn’t want to deal with immigration and not based on any records from any hospitals. Extensive searches in the State of Hawaii showed no birthing records for his mother Ann Dunham in any hospital in Hawaii. I would also like to schedule a meeting with you, for which I will fly to Washington, D.C. to personally meet with you in the short term. Having been raised in the former Soviet Union, I am no stranger to horrors of communism, totalitarianism, civilian labor camp rule and I see clearly the path Mr. Obama is taking the United States. It is a downward spiral of total destruction of the constitution and economic infrastructure of this country. I urge you to look at the information thoroughly. The income of the Obama household isn’t enough to cover the cost of the legal fight. What he has done, however, is hire a team of lawyers to cover up his past, which raises even more suspicions. It was leaked, from Occidental College, that the nationality, on his admission records, was listed as Indonesian. One problem, that many have overlooked, is that any legislation, signed by an illegitimate President, can be challenged in court. I have to carry a copy of my birth certificate, and DD 214, to gain entry to ports, and prove my citizenship, under the new system of Fascism. I am not a servant of government, it is to serve me. Mr. Obama should live under the same rules. Requiring individuals to show proof of citizenship, in the normal conduct of business, is un-constitutional. The President meeting the requirements of his office is the law. The Obama Administration requires applicants to produce much invasive information to qualify for employment. The questionnaire asks about the personal matters of family members, and even, gun ownership. You can view the questionnaire in PDF, from the government web site. If the Obama Administration can require so much information, of employees, he should be able to produce one, common, document. Article 2, Section 1, Paragraph 4, of the united States Constitution states; No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen Years a resident within the United States. Let’s take a stand for the Constitution, without it, we live under authoritarianism. We have been, for many years, living under common law, and authoritarianism, and it is time to return to the rule of law; The United States Constitution. Maybe the problem is in the framing of the issue.
Rather than see this as a conspiracy about a birth certificate and whether or not the POTUS was actually born inside the United States, perhaps it needs to be investigated and researched on the basis of what is being hidden and why, whether the human being who sits in the Oval Office is who he says he is, or about the processes, both on the surface and in hiding, involved in the selection of candidates for office and their election. If, in fact, there is any CIA involvement or MK-Ultra-type techniques lurking in the childhood and upbringing of the POTUS (whatever party, skin-color, religion, etc.), then there is a serious political issue in front of the US voters and the world.
