After examining the photos, in my humble opinion:
The three tramps are not: Hunt, Chauncey Holt, Harrelson, Sturgis, Gedney, Doyle or any of the other names that have been presented in the past. They don't really look like any of the before mentioned. I would say that their identity will forever remain unknown. It's not of great importance to find out who they are even if they were the actual shooters. It does not matter even if we find out that mickey mouse or donald duck fired the shots. The real question is who gave them the order. P.S. At some point i wondered if the tall tramp was Jean Souetre, but after seeing his photos i decided that it wasn't him.

No offense to his daughter who is also a very close friend of mine. I know she is sincere in her belief. And she may, in fact, be correct. IMO, however, Prouty is spot on: they are background only. The escorting cops are much more interesting than the "non-arrested" so-called tramps.

I think that the lax security of the cops and the fact that the figure in the suit (Lansdale according to some-an idea I am open to) is allowed to walk on the inside of them and the police and is suspect. Greg I agree, I don't see Holt in there.
