LHOs apt. was on the ground floor in the left front as you look at the picture in the post from the newspaper. About 9 yrs. ago I was in the apt. I had walked from LHOs apt. around the corner when I saw a woman in front of the bld. and asked if she knew anything about LHOs residency there. She must have been the owner discussed in the story here because she had a key to the empty apt. & took me in and pointed out various scenes she was privey to as a landlord like the bathroom lockin by Marina of LHO. I hate to see it get torn down.

You might as well say "the firearms' murder of President Kennedy."

If an individual, through either his own volition or events over which he had no control, found himself taking up residence in a country undefined by flags or physical borders, he could be assured of one immediate and abiding consequence: He was on his own, and solitude and loneliness would probably be his companions unto the grave.
-- James Lee Burke, Rain Gods

You can't blame the innocent, they are always guiltless.  All you can do is control them or eliminate them.  Innocence is a kind of insanity.
