There is actually a small, but growing, body of psychological papers specifically on denial/reaction-formation/and other psychological defenses to REAL conspiracies and crimes [such as Dallas/911] that don't 'fit' in with the individuals 'world view' or 'societal view'. Peter, I didn't watch the whole video, but if you are referring to the paper entitled "In Denial of Democracy: Social Psychological Implications for Public Discourse on State Crimes Against Democracy Post 9/11" in American Behavioral Scientist Vol. 53, #6 2/2010...
I did a thread here on that publication with a review, I bought and own it, and I invited all authors to be aware of DPF and to join it, and probably still have their e-mail addresses. Purchase info was in the thread, is on the internet, etc. If all else fails and we obtain permission to post the entire paper...

I believe she shows the paper [with cover for offprint] on the video - I'd have to look again. In the video, she said she'd provide it free to anyone who requested it. I'm broke and can't afford anything but the most essential books. I also trained in clinical psychology [along with more extensive graduate work in Environmental Science], so this is all familiar to me...I'd just like to to shove in the faces of some deniers. Some of this is also covered, generically, in a good book called 'Political Psychology' which I have.
