As I see it, if we understand and accept the H&L history, LEE would have been the gay one while Harvey, not so much.
LEE was with Ruby most of the time and lived next door...
LEE was at the baths with Clay Shaw
LEE had the problems with the rectal bleeding and other ailments in the Marines
LE was a "trade-bottom" according to reliable DPD informants (below)
LEE was not seen with women, Harvey was.
