Isn't the point of this entire thread to bring home the point that the evidence of Oswald's travel to and from Mexico City, as well as his stay in Mexico City were created/compiled for the FBI by a high ranking asset in the Gobernacion.
That Hoover knew he was being played by the CIA and Oswald was exactly where he knew he was - in Dallas with 2 Cubans visiting Odio among other things he did that week.
The FBI loses contact with Oswald with Kaack writing that he thinks Oswald went to Irving with Marina as of the 24th of Sept.
We have no other report for Oswald's whereabouts until Kaack's Oct 31/Nov 1 report
The FBI created a literal mountain of paper within which to hide the facts about Oswald. The FBI would never had brought Oswald up themselves... so Goodpasture did it instead in order to accomplish a variety of goals.
What becomes difficult are things like his supposed weapons. Oswald did not pack a rifle and pistol in Ruth's car, nor did he take anything large enough in which to hide the rifle.
There was no rifle unloaded or even seen at the Paine house according to Ruth and Michael. (It's these small details which undermine the story the FBI tells. We are supposed to believe that he wraps a rifle in the blanket his daughter plays upon most of the time and remains hidden even after unloading - not to mention things like the clip, ammo, cleaning supplies, etc... When does Marina tell the story of his coming home from the Post Office with a 5 foot cardboard box?)
Bowen/Osbourne denies having sit next to an Oswald or any English speaking people on the buses involved.
There is a long list of people who supposedly saw and interacted with Oswald going to and from Mexico - in my series at CTKA I address and illustrate the deceptions involved with all of them.
