In the recent release we are given the operational summary reports from each of the tapping programs being run our of the MX CIA office: LIENVOY and LIFEAT
(Side note: as I go thru these docs, the mid to late Sept reports all show the spying programs in Mexico working very well and producing great info - how that stops on Sept 27th...)
Anyway, one would expect in a report written Oct 13th that there would be some mention of the crazy American who made these calls and was trying to hard to get to the USSR via Cuba...
We see the lines tapped include the ones "Oswald" used...
Is it too much to expect a mention of this highly unlikely event by the COS Win Scott given he'd just been given these transcripts....
