Follow up

The October LEINVOY report mentions an English-speaking man talking with the Soviet Embassy after Oct 1....

We must remember that the initial call on Oct 1st was said to be to the Soviet Military attache.... not the Embassy

As I expected, the reality of there being an Oswald connection was created after the fact to but the FBI on the defensive...
