Phil Dragoo Wrote:John, do you, in light of the significance you find in William F. Buckley and YAF, find, too, significance in the Sharon Statement founding the latter being adopted September 11, 1960, in the home of the former (CIA agent).
What provided Richard Condon with the intimate exposure to the players and their plotting for his 1959 book.
I've read (and have) Marks' Search for the Manchurian Candidate. It seems poor Sidney Gottlieb got no where, failed to teach biochemists to fly, hence rolled it up in 1973.
Do you credit that record of nonsuccess. Did you see the 1997 Conspiracy Theory with Gottlieb portrayed by Patrick Stewart. Is there more to it than the strobing of the construction light by the ventilator.
Sirhan Sirhan. How was it done, and can he be kept alive to unlock his amnesiac trance.
I find the historic record of interest. Prouty's reported haughtiness seems contrived. My line arrived seven generations ago, fought King George, to free the slaves, to defeat Japanese militarism, and I never once felt an urge to head for Dealey Plaza with a long arm.
In Target Patton, Robert Wilcox suggests Donovan as part of a plot to kill Patton in December, 1945. What is your take on this, and on Wilcox citing a figure in British intelligence saying Donovan's selection was a good thing as it was "one of our own".
Wilcox on pages 222-3 posits Bandera was killed by Stashinsky in 1959 both for his anti-Soviet activities and his knowledge of the Patton assassination per Skubik.
Edward Hunter had it wrong. Who has it right, i.e., has the best book on effectively creating a Manchurian Candidate.
Phil, great questions, all of them... thanks for your interest.
Have to re-read the Sharon Statement. More later.
Possible Condon sources:
a) Armen Dernounian, a/k/a John Roy Carlson who wrote The Plotters and Undercover. One of them was the NY Times best seller in 1944 I think. Get them. Read them. Covers the FDR plot as well.
b) There was a big time Condon in the John Birch Society. Perhaps a relative. What was Condon's father's name?
c) Wilbur Baldinger and Wes McCuen from Group Research part of UAW, were also used by me extensively. Baldinger interviewed Alex Rorke and he was killed right after that.
d) MOST LIKELY that Condon knew someone in either The Military and Hospitaller Order of St. John of Jerusalem (OSJ) or the Hunt family contacts in The Order of St. James of Lazarus which was a British equivalent to OSJ or The Shickshinny Knights of Malta who ratted them all out in 1958-1959. Since Condon lived in London while he wrote ManCand, as I recall, I am leaning towards a sympathetic member of this group now as his source. Robert Gayre of the Gayres of Ng, in Scotland was their leader and Lord Malcolm-Douglas Hamilton who hosted Rudolph Hess in England was with The Cliveden Set and a big time member of The Shickshinny Knights of Malta with Willoughby, del Valle, Willoughby, Corso, Willoughby, Domville (British Nazi spy), Willoughby, Lemuel Shepard, and of course, Willoughby. Oh did I mention Willoughby 5 different times? Silly me. What was I thinking?
Don't have much on these questions:

As for this:
I find the historic record of interest. Prouty's reported haughtiness seems contrived.
Pompous genealogist, but a TRUE JFK hater. He spit venom at JFK in front of 300 COPAs. Quoted earlier on this site and at Spartacus. "I guess we taught JFK a thing or two!"
These items below are missing links or black holes in my thesis about which I know nothink. I know nothink. Right now that is:
In Target Patton, Robert Wilcox suggests Donovan as part of a plot to kill Patton in December, 1945. What is your take on this, and on Wilcox citing a figure in British intelligence saying Donovan's selection was a good thing as it was "one of our own".
Gonna check it out.. thanks for the info. Even Gostick and Walsh lamented the loss of Bandera. They predicted and organized a massive dance fest and celebration at the foot of the Bandera statue in Lvov after the fall of Russia and by God there it was 25 years later on the news and ohn Tee-Vee. I almost sh** bricks right there.
Don't know but Dr. Hans J. Eysenck might have written it, or Bill Buckley's brother in law Gerald O'Riley was it, who headed the H. Smith Richardson Foundations MKULTRA programs in N.C. at Bowman Gray Medical School and at Bridgewater State Mental Hospital COULD have written it
or maybe even the Grays, the Farishes, the Bushes or the Drapers. They ALL have a copy of the recipe.
Plus the 9/11 bombers were trained by the same techniques used ON the Kamikaze Japanese with MKULTRA techniques, too. Vonsiatsky and company did them a favor to try to rescue the lost war effort. Vonsiatsky was in jail in Missouri but Dr. Yen Lo or whomever from ManCand (Trygve Lee?) continued Von's programs until he got out of jail in 1946 just before I was born. Someone should have cut his fool head off or given him a Stashinsky gun splash right then and there.
But Little Orphan "Annie" always had 2-3 guard dogs at his house in Putnam/Thompson, CT which I have visited. "Arf! Arf!" said the German Shepards. And Robert Morris in Grapeland Heights in Miami, much preferred Dobermans.
They almost got through his screen door trying to bite my little nuts off once when I was just trying to sell him some raffle tickets or asking him about mowing his lawn or something trivial like that. He was one mean and rotten and scary bastard even then. Never forget that bulbous nose and those nasty stares. He slammed the door on me and I never went back. Later he sued NYNEX trying to find out who I was in 1995 or so. His brain swelled up and then he died. I called him up from a NYNEX phone on the JFK assassination and must have struck a nerve. His son said he went psycho, vitriolic and livid and drooled for the last 2-3 years of his life because of me. Oh well. He ruined my father's career at the U.S. Patent office and hundreds of others like him, and then he had JFK killed. Plus his dogs almost bit my nuts off. So what if he got reamed out and castrated later? Whittaker Chambers credited Morris with being the real force behind McCarthyism in his NY Times obit, so it is not like we got the wrong guy or anything. "Arf! Arf!" said the Dobermans. "Upyers!", I responded to both Robert Morris, Nathaniel Weyl, E.H. Hunt and Frank Sturgis. I was one tough little bastidge then. And I still am!
