I'm struggling with how to evaluate the relative importance of this matter to the larger goal of effecting justice in the case of the conspiratorial murder of John Fitzgerald Kennedy.
It seems that LHO's pubic hairs indeed were analyzed, and the results of that inquiry were published in the WC volumes.
But I digress.
I await a simple, persuasive argument for the significance of LHO's penis to our shared and ultimate goal.
If LHO had gone to trial, his member may have been introduced into evidence. One can only speculate as to the likelihood of such evidence standing up in court.
It may have led to a hung jury, but again, that's just a guess.
