Good point. I (stupidly) hadn't considered that people would obviously be encountering the book on Scribd, and reading it there, without the accompanying notes regarding donations that I'd noted on this forum. I've deleted the book from the Scribd page. Please give Ole my apologies and let him know that I will now just be posting links to his website and his accompanying donations page to help spread word about the book.
