While that sounds like a good 'victory' and might potentially pay him back for all the legal fees; I don't see where it advances him or us any of the documents being withheld. On what logical basis [other than CIA knowledge - before, during, after - or involvement, or both] could these withheld documents harm what they like to misname 'National Security'?! Truman was no bright light, but he publicly apologized for having created the CIA after the War - one month after Dallas - to make his hidden point as to who he thought was involved. That, along with Ike's warning about the 'MIC' really says it all. None of the Agencies and Branches of Government and Military protect the Citizenry of the US or World, they protect their secrets and their work for their real masters.....which are not [as the Constitution would have it] the People. It was bad from the 'get go', worse after WW2 when these creeps never 'stood down' from a full war footing and even joined forces with some of the 'enemy', worse still with the JFK and other major assassinations, worse still with all of the government overthrows, false-flag and black ops; but nothing has beaten the hubris of this lot since 911!

Can this be exposed and reversed? In time to make a difference? Stay tuned....and keep your shoulder to the wheel!
