The doors of perception - proof oswald is not guilty

Just eyeballing it without actual measurements, it would seem that the distance covered by a shooter from the 6th floor window down 4 flights of stars, is greater than the distance Baker covered from were he parked his motor cycle, up one flight of stairs, to the second floor lunch room. And we know from film clips that Baker was sprinting to the TSBD door. Hard to believe it took him all of 90 seconds to get to the second floor. More like 60 -70 IMO.

There is some discussion, mentioned by Roffman in his book, that the Malcom Couch film includes Baker and his parked motorcycle, which when coordinated with other films, indicates Baker either took fifteen-forty five seconds outside the TSBD (Todd, Mack, et al), or a shorter amount of time, as Roffman concludes. My analysis is based on the facts established by the Warren Commission, and it does not matter how long it would take Oswald or Baker or Truly to get there, but assumes that Truly did not see Oswald when he got to the top of the second floor landing, as he should have if Oswald went through the door he had to see in front of him at the top of the stairs, while Baker did see him moments later through the window of the closed door.

To me, that proves that Oswald did not go through that door just before Baker saw him through the window, but instead, he entered the lunchroom vestibule through the other door.

Now, if you discard the Warren Commission's facts, and extend the amount of time it took Baker and Truly to get to the top of the Second Floor steps landing, and lessen the time it would take for Oswald to get there from the Sixth Floor, he would have had to get behind that closed door BEFORE Truly arrived, and possibly could have done so. But that's not what the Warren Commission says happened.

I understand that if we take the WC version of events, then Oswald could not have been coming down from the 6th floor to enter the lunch room. But all we have to go on are reports which vary. We don't know for certain what Oswald himself said, as all we have really, are Fritz' notes. The Baker affidavit is troubling. The only reason I can see for the WC not seizing on it as evidence of Oswald's guilt, is because Baker would not identify the man he stopped on the 3rd floor as Oswald. Perhaps this is why they may have invented the lunch room story, if indeed they did. Another thing that is interesting is that if Baker and Truly did not go into the lunch room, they should have encountered Vicky Adams and her friend on the way up.
