Other interesting points of note from Bowers' testimony that get little press:
* Man in black '57 Ford (2nd vehicle he saw) "seemed to have a mike or a telephone"
* Although it is left out of his WC testimony, his sworn affidavit indicates that BOTH the 59 Oldsmobile (1st vehicle) and the '61 Impalla (3rd vehicle) that showed up at 12:20 had yellow "Goldwater 64" stickers. Possibly the stickers were used to help the conspirators ID each other ?
* Regarding Bowers' statement, "Directly in line, towards the mouth of the underpass, there were two men. One man, middle-aged, or slightly older, fairly heavy-set, in a white shirt, fairly dark trousers. Another younger man, about midtwenties, in either a plaid shirt or plaid coat or jacket." ... The first man he describes conforms very much with the appearance of the "harrelson" tramp -- middle aged, white shirt, 'fairly dark' trousers, and heavy set. All that is missing is his jacket. The second man, although I know it apparently isn't popular around here (even though Sam Giancana names him outright) fits the description, by age at least, of Roscoe White.
*i would also like to know, besides Clay Shaw (whom I believe essentially had solid white hair, no?) if there is anyone else suspected of involvement who matches his general description, in his affidavit, of the middle aged white partially grey haired driver of the Oldsmobile? or if we know any alleged-conspirators that match his description of the Impalla driver - 25 to 35, long blonde hair.
