They could have stayed away from reporting on Oswald at the police station knowing he was a spook. We know they did that with Oswald's statements. They could have avoided recording his statements because they knew he was a spook and they were biding time. When Fritz confronted Oswald he put himself in the 2nd floor lunchroom and not out front.
In my opinion once you consider that the Doorway photo is in motion there's about 2 dozen people who would have seen Oswald standing up there in the corner. It goes against probability that none of them would mention it. Once you combine this level of probability with the fact Carolyn Arnold saw Oswald at 12:25, as well as Prayer Man's stout appearance, you can pretty much discount it being Oswald in my mind.
