Jim:
At the Wecht Conference, Dan Hardway said that the reason this report on Oswald as a CIA Agent was never declassified is that it was never completed.
Dan further stated that in the deal that Blakey enacted with the CIA, anything that was not completed was subject to the CIA confiscating and then classifying.
So, in my opinion, this report is probably still classified. As I have never seen anything showing it has been declassified. And this includes from Malcolm Blunt.
The fact that it was meant to be an annex to the Lopez Report I think is very revealing.
BTW, let me thank Albert Rossi for convincing me to post these two essays at CTKA, and then writing that very good intro and doing the formatting.
Al is the kind of guy, who, like Malcolm, does fine work behind the scenes, and never gets enough credit for what he does.
