So what if they had an 'E'. It doesnt mean much in the scale of things. Furthermore so what if they provided concrete for oil interests right throughout the 60's. Halliburton is more of a concern now than then. Any company with links to oil or natural resources is going to be some kind of assett. Whats scary is how Halliburton since 9/11 won numerous government contracts unopposed.
