There is also a link to a Salandria article, the online version of which has its origins in an old issue of Fair Play. The version linked to looks...not so good. I should probably re-format this and other Salandria articles using the Feldman article above as a template.
The Richard Starnes article is included in Addendum B. For some reason the version Ray Marcus included is a negative image, which is to say white text on a black background. Maybe I can scan it and invert the image with the right software.

Here we go. Two versions of Starnes, a .jpg and .pdf.
The inversion seems to have worked pretty good. I tweaked it a little to enhance the brightness and contrast, then printed a copy of the .jpg as a test. Looks pretty clean. A few parts are a bit muddy but overall it is readable.

Also, I almost certainly have a copy of G.M. Evica's "Perfect Cover" article from an old Kennedy Assassination Chronicles. I'd have to dig it out and scan it. I am willing to do that, but having already raked someone over the coals for a shoot-from-the-hip approach to posting stuff he didn't write, I would defer at very least to Charles D re: permissions, and possibly Dr. Evica's widow.
But it's there somewhere, in a jumble politely referred to as "my files."

As to George Michael Evica's "Perfect Cover"...having received permission to make it available, I located and scanned it. It was 11 pages, each scanned at 150dpi. Saved in a single PDF file that weighed in at 13.7mb.
This site's "Manage Attachments" feature indicates it accepts PDF files up to 4GB, yet it objected rather strenuously when I attempted to upload "Perfect Cover."
I sometimes use a file sharing site called Dropbox, but it appears I'd need to identify those with permission to access it. Too complicated. I hope to make it available to anyone interested.
I don't have the stamina to scan this thing again. Not today, anyway. So I'll probably scan it again tomorrow, save each page individually, and upload accordingly.
If you are up to it John there are programmes that will split up PDF files into smaller chunks. Other wise I can increase the file limit for PDFs but I'm not sure how far that can go because there are global limits too.

If you were to increase the file limit on PDFs long enough for me to upload this thing, Magda, that would be, like, groovy. Would it remain available here after uploading, when you've lowered the limit back to where it was?
When I said I don't have the stamina to scan it again, etc etc, it was a polite was of saying that frustration had me ready to put my foot through the goddam wall. Scanning again is not a big deal, probably easier in the long run than messing with software to split up those pages.
Of course, for the end-user/end-reader, having the article in one file is best. I have a little app that combines individual PDF files into one, but I don't know how common it is. I don't want to scan the thing at a lower resolution.
John, I just checked the admin panel and it looks like it is already at the max size to upload PDFs. To make any other changes would be on the server and that is beyond my technical capabilities. However you will find below some handy dandy free software and information on PDF splitting. That way you don't have to do any more scanning and don't have to change the resolution or do any more wall breaking ::headbang:: Just browse for the file on your computer and run the software to split it up into sections and then upload the smaller sections which will be able to be uploaded.
It's been a few years since I used this type of programme but it was pretty straight forward and easy. Some you don't even need to download and install but can be done online. [URL="http://www.splitpdf.com/"]
