Sean Murphy's research deserves more
Drew Phipps Wrote:Bob: You asked, "How many?" My answer, "There was one." I make no judgment about her credibility. If it weren't for the Crouch film, and Officer Baker's story, I'd have more skepticism.

I doubt the discrepancy between 11:25 and 12:25 is of much significance (probably a typo); however, the difference between 12:25 and 12:20 might be.

The planned arrival time of the motorcade to the Trade Mart was 12:15. Anyone who knew about the "plan" of the motorcade, and wanted to see it, would have been outside before 12:15, not 12:20 or 12:25.

I would hardly call that a typo. One reads 11:25 AM and the other 12:20 PM.

In actuality, JFK was supposed to be at the Trade Mart at noon. People did not begin going out to the street until 12:15 and as late as 12:25 because a live radio broadcast was telling its listeners, minute by minute, JFK's precise location.
Mr. HILL. The right rear portion of his head was missing. It was lying in the rear seat of the car. His brain was exposed. There was blood and bits of brain all over the entire rear portion of the car. Mrs. Kennedy was completely covered with blood. There was so much blood you could not tell if there had been any other wound or not, except for the one large gaping wound in the right rear portion of the head.

Is there a recording of that particular radio broadcast available?
"All that is necessary for tyranny to succeed is for good men to do nothing." (unknown)

James Tracy: "There is sometimes an undue amount of paranoia among some conspiracy researchers that can contribute to flawed observations and analysis."

Gary Cornwell (Dept. Chief Counsel HSCA): "A fact merely marks the point at which we have agreed to let investigation cease."

Alan Ford: "Just because you believe it, that doesn't make it so."

There has to be somewhere. I imagine David Von Pein's website would be a good place to look.

I have heard segments of this broadcast. It begins at Love Field and continues right up to Dealey Plaza. I'm not quite sure how it was accomplished, as I doubt they had a mobile broadcasting unit.

Which begs the question whether on not Carolyn Arnold had access to the live radio broadcast as it came through Dallas? If she did it would blow blowhard Greg's analysis to shreds. Plus Carolyn Arnold was pregnant so she might have tried to limit her time outside in the crowds in the sun.

I'm confident the reason Golz didn't grill Carolyn Arnold on details is because he worked under the assumption that both of them knew 12:30 was the long established shooting time so when Carolyn Arnold insisted 12:25 to Golz it was under the understanding that her 12:25 leaving time from the Depository was 5 minutes before the shooting. The reason Golz didn't grill Carolyn Arnold on why she left at a time that was the expected motorcade arrival time is because they both knew 12:25 was plenty of time to catch the president.

If Carolyn Arnold was talking about what time she left the 2nd floor that means she saw 'Oswald' comfortably eating lunch in the 2nd floor lunch-room at 12:25.

Pauline Sander's statement said she left the building at 12:25. This pretty much cuts down Greg Parker's bs because it is a corroborating witness to Carolyn Arnold's 12:25 departure time. So the weeks-worth of crap Parker was posting doubting Carolyn Arnold's witnessing is undone by one simple testimony.

Also, Pauline Sanders wrote that she had seen Oswald in the lunch-room 3 or 4 times before. This also cuts down Parker's bs that workers were restricted from the lunch-room.

This testimony from Pauline Sanders shows Carolyn Arnold almost certainly witnessed 'Oswald' in the lunch-room at 12:24-12:25.

Parker has gotten silent lately.

Wrong. Pauline Sanders' Nov. 24/63 "statement" to the FBI, an unsigned report written in the third person by FBI agents, states she left the TSBD at 11:25 A.M.

""She said on the morning of November 22, 1963, she went outside to watch the Presidential parade at about 11:25 a.m."

http://jfkassassination.net/russ/exhibits/ce1434.htm

However, her March 19, 1964 statement to the FBI changes her departure time dramatically.

"At approximately 12:20 P.M. on November 22, 1963, I left the lunch room on the second floor of the building and went out the front entrance to await the arrival of the Presidential Motorcade which I knew was due to pass the Depository building at 12:30 P.M."

While this might appear to be a typo at first, the distinction between A.M. and P.M. tends to dismiss this.

Not only was there the live broadcast, many employees in the offices of the TSBD had spouses working further up the parade route from the TSBD, and were able to track the motorcade's location via phone calls. I believe I read somewhere that one of the office workers' husbands was either on the DPD or the Sheriff's Dept. (County Records Building?), and was providing up to date info regarding the motorcade.

I also recall reading somewhere that Carolyn Arnold had been leaving the TSBD with a group of women but had let them go ahead as, in her pregnant condition, she was constantly thirsty, and had diverted to get a glass of water. I believe she had also confided that she believed, at the time, that this stop for water had almost made her late for viewing the motorcade.

Ooops! I read that as "12:25".

Can't do much with it except consider that Pauline Sanders wouldn't be able to just cut work an hour early so she probably said 12:25 and the same FBI devils that doctored Carolyn Arnold's statement doctored hers. If the Depository workers were following the live broadcast there would be no reason to leave at 11:25. Too bad Golz didn't talk to Pauline Sanders as well.

Like with Carolyn Arnold, in March when they had mostly gotten away with the crime FBI recorded the real time.

Like Bart says: "Must be a typo" (duh).

FYI: I am in possession of one Carolyn Johnston 72 years of age's telephone number. I haven't tried it yet so I don't know if it is good.

Is Pauline Sanders still alive? It would be nice to be able to speak to her as well, as she was the only witness on the steps to see Baker running into the TSBD, and this was recorded in the third person FBI report of 24/11/63. Plus, it would be good to clear up the 11:25 AM departure from the building as fact or typo.

I haven't had much luck in contacting witnesses or their surviving families. I contacted John Little of Plano, Texas, brother of the late Gloria Calvery (nee Little), and barely got the words out that I was doing JFK research before he hung up on me. I wish you better luck with Carolyn Johnston.
