If so, I am curious as to any side by side comparison photographs being available showing "Lee's" mother and "Harvey's" mother. According to IMDb, Marguerite Francis Claverie/Pic/Oswald/Ekdahl died on January 17, 1981, in Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas.

Wish we had that picture, but it probably doesn't exist. Here, though, is a picture of short Marguerite looking up at short Marina.

It does appear that Russian born Marina Nikolayevna Prusakova/Oswald/Porter is not a tall person. But, I do wonder, as I wander, how "not tall" is she? By observing various photographs with others nearby, I would have to guess her height to be about 5' 4", +/- 1".

If you make the adjustments as shown to be needed in this study, I'd say you'r pretty close to the mark based on LHO's known height.

Dear LR:
I have met Marina more than once.
In flats, she is about 5' 3 ". At the most, and this is being generous, 5' 4".
I don't know what she was wearing on her feet in that photo.

The article in Greg Parker's post references Marina's height at 5' 3", and when looking at the picture of Marina and her friend Lucy, it appears that her (Marina's) shoes have some amount of raised heel. That, along with Jim DiEugenio's comments indicate to me that Marina's height is most likely 5' 3", but still not 5' 1" as I saw referenced previously as it related to the height of the lady identified as Maguerite Claverie Pic Oswald Ekdahl.

My guess Larry is, that the 5' 1" figure possibly relates to an older Marina and has been assumed to also relate to Marina as a young woman.

I take it this is being conceded, and we will see some amendments to the H & L site?

I suppose that is possible Greg, but there was a posted picture from Nov-22/25-1963 that refers to a "short" Marguerite C Oswald Ekdahl looking "down" at a "short" Marina P Oswald, that I believe was meant to indicate the pictured Marguerite was an imposter. And, it's possible. But, I don't see that picture as evidence of impersonation, especially after reading Jim DiEugenio's comment about meeting Marina and her height being 5'3'' to 5'4". Although, he indicated a maximum of 5'4" was being "generous".

Thanks Mr Di. I'll go out on a limb and estimate Marguerite Claverie/Pic/Oswald/Ekdahl's height at about 5'2" to 5'5''. Hopefully that limb does not break. Somewhat bendable though.
