TWA Flight 800 Cover-Up
#21
A persecution went on during the Gary Webb era that was much worse than what they did to Webb.

NBC's The Weather Channel ran a program yesterday about famous airline crashes. It did a segment on the TWA 800 crash. Unbelievably, this program went back to the original government version and went out of its way to defame conspiracy theorists as being nutty people who go against the facts the government provides. I saw several occasions where the pro-government experts they interviewed outright lied about things even the government reversed on previously. This program even resurrected the long disproven zoom-climb claim where they hold the nose-less 747 climbed 3000 feet after losing its front section. This climb was not only disproven by aviation science grad and 747 captain Ray Lahr but it was also disproven by the hard radar data that showed the aircraft never lost any airspeed like a 3000 foot climb would require by science. Indeed all of the nearby professional witnesses said TWA 800 flipped and dropped like a rock as soon as it exploded. These multiple testimonies were never mentioned in the Weather Channel program. The reason this is important is because CIA is claiming the witnesses who saw a rising streak headed towards the aircraft actually saw burning fuel trailing the nose-less 747 as it climbed. When you disprove the climb you disprove this bogus CIA claim. That's why these programs need to so desperately revive this long-discredited unscientific claim. They're not afraid to shamelessly insult the intelligence of the public.

There has to be some kind of means to sue these fraudulent productions for deception and not providing easily available conflicting truths to the public. There is so much credible evidence being flagrantly ignored by these programs that some kind of legal violation must apply. You can't lie that badly to the public and not be committing some kind of crime. They have stuck their necks out so badly with their lies and omissions on Flight 800 that they have threatened the integrity of America if exposed. There must be some kind of way to muster a lawsuit against those dishonest government propagandists for misleading the public and therefore aiding and abetting malfeasance in the deliberate misinvestigation of an airline crash. Which is a crime under federal statute.

The "aid and abet" argument is a lot more persuasive if you can apply it pre-act or concurrent with the act. However, people used to become "accomplices after the fact" by helping criminals to escape justice, though I can't really say how many US jurisdictions continue to use that theory. You'd need to identify a specific act that is a crime, for instance, making a false entry in a government document (which I assume includes airplane crash reports), and then show that the media people knew it was a false entry and intended to help the perps. A hard road, perhaps.

There are literally dozens of criminal acts done by government recorded by serious professionals in regard to the TWA 800 crash. The FBI were even caught by the Long Island police removing wreckage from the hangar in the middle of the night. The only reason the public doesn't know about the serious aviation and criminal investigator professionals who exposed all the crimes committed in the investigation is because mainstream media like NBC's Weather Channel program simply omit it and therefore gain from passing fraudulent information on to the public. The government has learned to exploit the public's need to not get involved and therefore not spend any energy or effort keeping the government honest. Even the documentary that came out exposing 6 NTSB investigators who said they discovered missile evidence but were ordered to stay silent about it had no effect. The Weather Channel program pretended that it never existed and never mentioned it. All they said was there were some conspiracy theorists, that no matter how many times they were shown the government evidence refused to accept it and hung on to their beliefs. To me that is a direct challenge to the America people that deserves more than mulling over legal terms. These violators are not so cautious or discerning in their gross violation of truth and reality.

Face it, America is basically a fraud and scam. The suggestion that America possesses a noble body of citizenry who will defend the Constitution and keep the government honest is a joke. The American public lends itself to this evil level of corruption and hypocrisy through its deliberate inaction and willingness to look the other way. The grab what you can culture of America has resigned itself to accepting that a few dead and government lies are worth the price of American existence and the mob that calls itself the American public will tolerate a few thousand dead in murderous false flag attacks against their own people in order to keep this going. These people want to be lied to because they are cowards working in cooperation with the fascist liars who call themselves our government. Those who are dumb enough to think their dislike of this will have any affect are simply those who don't get this tough new reality. American Nazism carefully cloaked within the illusion of democracy.

If you really believe that about the USA, why are you asking about lawsuits and criminal offenses? The "mulling over of legal terms" is sort of a prerequisite to the actions you are asking for in your earlier post. We have a government of laws and not men, to borrow a famous phrase. I personally see judicial acts of courage regularly, though not as often as I would wish, from prosecutors and judges, and of course lawyers.

Just for the record, I disagree with your assessment of the American people at large, and also with your low opinion of our government in general, though I would not care to derail this thread with a discussion of the issue(s).

Please justify your opinion of the American government and people directly via the facts related to Flight 800.

If you insist.

"On the issue of government impropriety, a relevant inquiry under the Freedom of Information Act, Captain Ray Lahr submitted the affidavits and testimony of 27 fact and expert witnesses physicists, system engineers, aerodynamicists, six air crash investigators (three of whom were parties to the TWA Flight 800 probe), a retired Admiral (whose opinion is in part based on the opinions of a former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff), a former NTSB Board member, seven eyewitnesses (four from the air, two CIA-animation featured), and a victim's family member.
What did the evidence prove in federal court? In his 2006 100-page opinion, Los Angeles District Court Judge Howard Matz, a Clinton appointee, found that this evidence of official misconduct was so compelling that it mandated, under FOIA law, the overruling of two of the five statutory exemptions that the CIA had invoked. " http://raylahr.entryhost.com/

Then there are the roughly 100 eyewitnesses (not all of which were Americans) that stuck to their story despite pressure to change, and the hundreds of Americans that showed up to the NTSB public hearing to protest the whitewash of the investigation.

So even in this context, where it appears that the government has won the war of public opinion, it is still apparent that courageous citizens and litigants can still challenge and defeat the government, exactly proving the fundamental value of the judicial system and the American people who choose to fight the good fight.

PS: If Hilary gets nominated, you might imagine that this cover-up (which dates from the Clinton administration) might receive a bit of mainstream attention during the political brawl to come.

Where did the public defeat the government? Ray Lahr was an aviation science Phd before becoming a 747 captain. He created an extensive aviation science document in high mathematics showing it was impossible for a nose-less 747 to climb 3000 feet. When NBC's Weather Channel showed the zoom-climb on their government propaganda program they committed a violation that went against the known record and falsely reported a wrong impression to the public. There's no victory in that and the sum result is any legal success Lahr had was completely negated by this false witnessing, that impressed on the majority of the US public the opposite of what both the science and court decision showed.

I don't see what point you think you're making. Not only was the court powerless to affect the government propaganda shows but the official story presented in the media is that Flight 800 crashed from a center fuel tank explosion. This is the true context of this. And the public reaction to it is zero.

The government is challenging the public on this and it is the public's move.

How is this different than a thousand other cases we could discuss? Every time they air a documentary on the JFK assassination, the lies grow worse and more ridiculous. The SBT is constantly misrepresented in more absurd ways. But they know that most of the public doesn't know/care/remember the details, and most people are easily fooled. The corporate media (and their guest "experts") have actually become worse than the government at rushing out to put together an "official narrative" even before the authorities have one.

The TWA 800 shootdown is probably one of the top twelve cover-ups. It happened 5 years prior to 9-11. The brazen-ness of the cover-up can be traced back to the Kennedy assassination. The Warren Commission was the start of a new CIA type of government where the powers that be would have their own way by their own hidden word.

The reason TWA 800 is important is because the evidence is much clearer than the Kennedy assassination. Oscilloscope examination of the cockpit recorder caught a 2000 foot per second blast frequency in the recording. When a blast hits the recorder mechanism it acts as a resonator of the frequency shockwave that hits it. The cockpit tapes possessed the fingerprint of a 2000 foot per second shockwave that couldn't possibly be confused with the slower 300 foot per second blast of a fuel explosion.

The wreckage contained a 3 row wide swath of reddish purple residue across the seats. Like the residue in the Kennedy assassination, one of the investigators noticed FBI wasn't making any kind of effort to examine it. So he snuck some samples out to ex-police detective James Sanders who took it to an independent laboratory in Los Angeles where the residue tested positive as PETN, the chemical used as a propellant in US missiles. FBI stormed in and confiscated all the samples and threatened Sanders with 5 years in jail. They then said they tested the samples and the residue was fabric adhesive glue. The only problem is the NASA scientist who FBI claimed did the test, Charlie Bassett, wrote a letter of protest saying he never did any such test. FBI never responded.

Physicist Dr Thomas Stalcup examined the radar data and found it captured debris exiting the starboard side of Flight 800 at mach 4. The starboard side is in the continuing direction of the missile seen streaking towards the 747. Mach 4 ejecta would perfectly conform to a 2000 foot per second warhead explosion and missile trajectory. It would be impossible for a 300 foot per second fuel explosion to create that radar pattern.

The Long Island coroner found many small pellets in some of the victims. He sent them on to FBI where they tested them. The tests showed the pellets contained the exact same metals used in US warhead shrapnel. The metals were not used in 747 construction so they had to have come from something else. FBI made a 36 page report on the pellets. MIT professor Graeme Sephton sued FBI in Boston federal court in order to recover the report. FBI said it looked for the report but couldn't find it. The judge said that although he thought FBI acted poorly he was finding in their favor.

The Borgesson/Stalcup 2013 documentary had 6 NTSB agents complaining that they discovered missile evidence but were ordered to cover it up.

None of this was mentioned in the NBC Weather Channel program. So in the case of Flight 800 a simple lawsuit has much potential energy and cascading evidence ready to be sprung. Really Tracy, this should be obvious. This case has much more evidentiary traction and potential to expose government criminality on a legal basis than most other famous cover-ups. What TWA 800 is like is like having photos and evidence of a fence shooter and not pressing it. The conspiracy community has a sort of Stockholm Syndrome where it participates in its own ineffectiveness by whatever excuse. To say it isn't worth it is to participate in the droning excuses the public presently uses to avoid taking action.
