Tracy, I try and keep telling you everyone was contacting everyone to show up for an October 10, 1970 protest, it didn't happen in 1970. It actually took two more years to put it all together, and when it finally happened the protest took place in October 1972. President Nixon was nice enough to allow Bosch go free on a Cuban Holiday, how about that? You see Tracy, I don't just stop at reading the documents, I also communicate with lots of folks in Miami.

Tracy, how many times do I have to tell you whether I said it was a typo or a mistake the fact is I've talked to these individuals who was there, and they told me their protest was September 1972, and Bosch was released October 1972. The fact that this is what they told me means that date which is documented on 1970, the protest DID NOT HAPPEN AT THAT TIME! Do you get it now?!?

This is where de la Cova got his information from it was recorded in December because how would Nixon explain a presidential pardon?? That is not the correct date.
