My father also belonged to Accion Cubana, and it's the same group that corroborated with the Commandos and Cubanos Unidos, all groups my father belonged too. I'm telling you, that is the wrong date on that document. Bosch was not released in December, it was in October on a Cuban Holiday. You would think that after talking to folks I would know right? I don't care what that paper says. So, do you think that Bosch who was regarded as a danger to society by the sentencing judge and NOT illegible for prole was set free just because?

Did you read the last page of the documents I posted above? Bosch also wanted to setup Tribunal for possible Traders who was giving information to the FBI and CIA this group would assassinate others.
Just what do you think Ed Kaiser was doing with Liebengood? Although, Kaiser did steal from the CIA Tony Calatayud once said something to me that has stuck with me to this day, he said, "I believe the reason your father was killed was because he knew too much." Tony was with several groups too, FLNC, Cubanos Unidos, Jure, SAFE and others.

Aldo Vera was also a member of my father's group. Bosch as well as others looked at Vera as a threat, what happened to him just a year eariler before my father's murder?

Orlando Bosch was convicted of [Federal] crimes, conspiracy, and ship bombings. If you are convicted at a Federal level, you can ONLY receive a pardon from the president of the United States, and, of course, because you've received a pardon by the president doesn't mean your conviction goes away, you still have to report your conviction(s) on any job application for life. Receiving a pardon doesn't mean your conviction(s) goes away, and I'm sure there were stipulations made while freeing Bosch.
Now, if your convictions are at state or county level then your pardons or clemency comes from that states Governor. Now, how do you suppose Bosch was released? When was he released? Well, I can [prove] it wasn't December 1972.

In 1973 around the same time Kaiser tells Liebengood that there is a lot of "interplay" often "violent" among these anti-Castro groups. Bosch then organizes his own assassnation squad.

I'm sure there are some really good attorney's on this forum, please correct me if I'm wrong, I wish to learn. The document I posted regarding Bosch and his release says he was paroled [AFTER] serving [MORE] than [FOUR] years, but, Bosch was convicted in 1968, so, that meant Bosch only served four years right? My understanding of the law is that you're not illegible for parole until you've served at lease (half your sentence,) is this correct?
If so, that would explain why the verbiage is written in such away that indicates he spent more than four years and at least half his sentence when he didn't, it was the pressure of the anti-Castro Cuban's and threats made to Nixon that made Nixon release Bosch, he wasn't paroled he was pardoned two very different things, and if no one knew about that. And, no one ever knew who the sixth burglar in Watergate was, what else is there?
