Just reported that the two brothers have been located, but not yet apprehended....so there could be a bloody battle coming up shortly.....They are in northern France, reportedly.

Ominous or what? Why would the police/security service allow this tidbit of information out to the media before the two suspects have been arrested? Shades of Boston again.
The shadow is a moral problem that challenges the whole ego-personality, for no one can become conscious of the shadow without considerable moral effort. To become conscious of it involves recognizing the dark aspects of the personality as present and real. This act is the essential condition for any kind of self-knowledge. Carl Jung - Aion (1951). It is odd indeed, as the brothers and their friends must be listening to the news broadcasts....I guess some might prefer some dead suspects, rather than a trial....or it was sloppy Police work. Time will tell. I think the second shooting today is as interesting and would expect others to follow shortly around Paris.

The brothers are reported to have robbed a gas station in Aisne, so it is clear that the police will be on their trail in minutes. I don't think they will run free tomorrow. I really hope they will not be shot, but put before a criminal court.
The most relevant literature regarding what happened since September 11, 2001 is George Orwell's "1984".

Perhaps it is that that has caused the media report then.

It looks like they have less support than I first thought. They may be military trained but I don't know that this is any operation. No back up vehicles. No safe house or bolt holes.

"He would, wouldn't he?" Mandy Rice-Davies. When asked in court whether she knew that Lord Astor had denied having sex with her.
“I think it would be a good idea” Ghandi, when asked about Western Civilisation.

They seem to be barricaded in a private home in Crepy-en-Valois, surrounded by police. Special forces arriving by helicopter.

I still suspect the two ID's left in the car were plants to mislead, those brothers could have long been out of France and the real persons involved are now exiting or have already left France. The third person, who turned themselves in, says he's innocent and may well be. This was very professional and may have included a complete exit strategy, complete with false trails that will lead nowhere.
