Bill O'Reilly, JFK liar EXPOSED
#31
Not nearly of the caliber and syncopation of the mighty Wurlitzer symphony.

Poor Bill. Wrote a disinformation piece about a dead man.

This thing has legs and thanks to Marie for getting that very good tape of the call between Gaeton and Bill.

Its open season on Bill.

Do you believe at Salon they still have to call Oswald Kennedy's assassin? Not even accused assassin. Talbot's creation.

Even when busted this badly I have to give O'Reilly credit. His Irish cop instincts are good when he tells Fonzi "We've got to get Epstein. That guy knows something." This was when O'Reilly was telling the truth about the assassination, so his instincts were good there.

That is correct Albert, on both points. Epstein was very important to what happened that day, and the Baron later admitted to Epstein that Dallas CIA Chief J Walton Moore had put him on to Oswald. And then Moore lied about the relationship between he and the Baron.

But look, as far as Bill, all you have to do is view the report he did on this for TV. Its on You Tube.

And he does not mention that incident of him being on the doorstep when he heard the shotgun blast.

Morley says DeMohrenschildt befriended Oswald because he had lived in Minsk as a child. Morley should know, and therefore mention, that DeMohrenschildt was put on Oswald by J Walton Moore of Dallas CIA Domestic Contacts. DeMohrenschildt was not assigned to Oswald as some kind of welcome wagon host he was put on Oswald due to his CIA background in order to guide a false defector domestically. Why doesn't Morley mention this? CNN won't let him???

I think there might be more to this than people realize. I think Bill might have been doing CIA work by making up the tale of knocking on DeMohrenschildt's door when the shotgun went off. They might have gotten him to do it in order to indirectly make it look like he saw no black ops murderers at the scene.

Someone, other than O'Reilly, needs to write a book on the deMohrenschildts, if it hasn't already been done. The deMohrenschildts, especially George, are ALL OVER THIS CASE! A few highlights....

1. George deM said that someone from the CIA told him Oswald "seems to be OK," which might strike anyone with a bigger thirst for knowledge than our national news media as a pretty strange statement concerning a former Marine who "defected" to our arch-enemy and said he'd spill all the beans he had.

2. It was most likely the deMs who introduced Harvey and Marina to Ruth Paine, who, as luck would have it, spoke Russian and, dare we suggest it, was CIA connected.

3. Only Marina and the deMs claimed to have seen a rifle in that closet at 214 W. Neely, leading to Marina's infamous laugh-line about her hubby using it to shoot leaves in an Oak Cliff public park.

4. George "found" the 4th Backyard Photo ("Hunter of Fascists") in 1967!

5. In his JOBCO application in Alice, Texas, Harvey Oswald listed George as his best friend.

6. George talked about how fluent Harvey was in Russian, saying he preferred it to English and enjoyed reading Russian classical literature in Russian!

7. Considering his many ties to the Agency, George probably should have downplayed #6 above. After all, this is the oil man who had the infamous 1961 walking trip in Latin America, a close association to Operation Zapata, ties to coups in the Dominican Republic and Haiti, close friendship with his probable boss, CIA official J. Walton Moore.

Since Bill O'Reilly apparently did not get within a thousand miles of deMohrenschildt on March 30, 1977, that leaves us with the conventional wisdom that the last person to see George alive was Edward Epstein, JJ Angleton's friend.

The stink on this whole case, and on the media supposedly covering it, just gets smellier and smellier as the decades pass.

Which is exactly why this O'Reilly business is peanuts compared to the real scandal involved here.

Methinks O'Reilly's purpose in making this claim is deeper than people realize.

Get ready for a deep six on this equal to that of the 50th.

Hugh McDonald, himself a former CIA guy and once potentially tapped to head the FBI, wrote the book "Appointment in Dallas" and a followup manuscript (which was never published) called "The Kennedy Conspiracy" which named George DeM. as a conspirator. In the book "Appointment" he favors 2 gunmen shooting from behind and debunks the SBT (just so you know what his position is).

Probably Epstein got as close to him as any other author. Chapter 10 of "Legend" (titled "The Handler") is all about DeM and his wife.
"All that is necessary for tyranny to succeed is for good men to do nothing." (unknown)

James Tracy: "There is sometimes an undue amount of paranoia among some conspiracy researchers that can contribute to flawed observations and analysis."

Gary Cornwell (Dept. Chief Counsel HSCA): "A fact merely marks the point at which we have agreed to let investigation cease."

Alan Ford: "Just because you believe it, that doesn't make it so."

No one digs deeper into DeMohrenschildt than Adamson. The problem is that the guy is a poor writer and organizer. Its hard to read his work.

I have not read the other two, although I should have.

I have always thought that the Baron was an unwitting tool in the plot, which is what I think Garrison also thought. His function, as assigned to him by J. Walton Moore, was to befriend Lee and Marina, and then ingratiate them with the White Russian community, and most importantly Ruth and Michael Paine. He then was paid off, and stepped offstage to another assignment in Haiti.

He and his wife dutifully did their dirty work on Oswald for the WC. But they then felt badly about it afterwards. I think George really began to get suspicious when that very different version of the BYP showed up in his belongings in his storage locker in late 1966, early 1967. It has a wider field of view, and much higher resolution than the other two. Plus, if I recall, it had a white border to it. When Chris Sharrett and Groden of the HSCA looked at it they were stunned. Its also the one that was allegedly signed by either Oswald or Marina, or both. According to Carol Hewitt, there was actually a meeting between the DeMohresnchildts and the Paines over how this thing got in his storage bin.

And then when you look at his death, I mean talk about a mystery. Where do you begin? I did what I could in this regard, (see Destiny Betrayed, pgs. 334-38) But I still do not really know what happened to him. The inquest hearing was not what it should have been. And the HSCA did not do any real separate investigation since that was the day Sprague was being booted from his counselship.

I for one do no think that the roles of either Oltmans or Epstein in the Baron's demise have ever been adequately explored.
