Drew Phipps Wrote:Someone explain to me why Marina couldn't have been the person that slipped this photo as a "laughing at her husband behind his back" joke to the DeM's. I understand that a) she initially denied taking the photo, b) she denied writing the note on the back of the photo, and c) it is unlikely that she had access to a photo lab to make the non standard enlargement. However, none of that rules her out. She had access to the record sleeves in question, having borrowed them from Jean, and had a month or so window of time.
Because she nor Ozzie were in possession of those photos. EVER.
She did not take the photos nor ever even held that BOX camera... who for a first time user would not mention how difficult it was to hold at her chest and look at an upside down image and then take the photo.
That 133-A's negative did not survive the trip from garage to CSSS form to the WC is a bit suspect... no?
If you do a google search for the BYP you will find some of the OTHER images Peter discusses.
The black clothes that Ozzie is photographed wearing were never found in his possessions
The rifle was never shipped or picked up by anyone and it was never in Ozzie's possession... (Marina can testify till she's blue in the face - there is no reason to believe a single uncorroborated word she ways.)
The pistol has a myriad of problems which will be discussed in the next part of my Rifle work... (www.ctka.com has posted the first part along with my Money Order timeline)
Part of me feels that Robert may have been the body model... but I cannot prove that... just a hunch.
I have a question... the 133-B negative... is it an actual negative or a reversed image of the photo?
