Anatomy of the Second Floor Lunchroom Encounter

Albert Doyle Wrote:Scott, I appreciate your helping Jim divert and not answer my direct, coherent challenges...

Yes, Albert……… I, too, suspected that Scott and Jim were working together as a "team" in not answering your "challenge". That's how these trolls operate.

Mr. Unger has posted some valuable…... what do you call it? Metadata? about all this recently. Won't say where, as cross-forum talk cheapens things around here.

Greg Parker posted that Truly said he saw no one in the lobby when he and Baker went in. If Parker would slow down and observe credible analysis he would understand that his totally imaginary confrontation of Oswald in either the lobby or storage room would either have to occur in sight of at least a dozen people seeing it through the clear glass divider or the time it would have taken Baker & Truly to do this by the storage room would have allowed people to enter the lobby like they are doing in Darnell before Baker & Truly came back to the front desk gate. Typical of Parker and ROKC they rush a quick answer in while ignoring the more intelligent better detail it runs roughshod across.

1) Parker ignores that his submission recognizes Baker & Truly running in to the building and acknowledges it as a source of witnessing.

2) Parker ignores that his own submission confirms Oswald wasn't in the lobby.

3) Parker moronically ignores that Darnell shows a Baker who is so close in timing to Prayer Man that they would literally be face to face when entering the building and therefore would have been seen by the dozens of people headed towards the building in Darnell. DiEugenio and ROKC insult the reader's intelligence by ignoring this greater overall evidentiary dynamic.

ROKC will make up for this by suggesting a massive cover-up occurred where mobile photo forgery lab spooks sought out and confronted all of these witnesses and convinced them to shut-up about their witnessing of Oswald on the steps and in the lobby. Any smart person will understand ROKC does this because of their awareness of the unlikelihood of what they are contending. Smart people will see that the source of ROKC's need to delay Baker's entry is their awareness of this timing that would put Baker right next to Prayer Man while entering and their need to get around it.

Mark, if I had a single inkling knowing you truly have a desire to contribute I would ask for some advise from you, however, in the five years I've posted here never once have I read anything from you as value. Please let me know when you plan on starting?

Oh, and Albert, I don't make anyone do what they don't want, or do want to do. I don't put a gun to anyone's head, have you given any thought that may be, just may be he's not answering you for some other reason?

Don't blame me.

Albert, can you please explain to me how you say Oswald was on the front steps of the TSBD? You do have proof. I'm not talking about Jim Fetzer, Ralph Cinque or those other.... You know what's the word? Oh yeah, nuts.

Albert, I read an offal lot from you, and the only bit of information you seem to expose is this, "Since Oswald was seen doing that by Carolyn Arnold 6 1/2 minutes earlier there is every possibility that Oswald's lunch was still laid out on the table and that even though Baker confronted Oswald by the lunchroom door that Baker and Truly saw his lunch spread out on the table and knew he had been in there eating it the whole time."

But, words like
possibility don't cut it for me.

For example, if it's possible Oswald's lunch was still laid out on the table on the first floor, what makes you think he didn't take it with him to the second floor where he purchased a coke? Or, may be he did leave his lunch on the first floor, and went to the second to purchase a drink, and Barker found him there? Or, are you saying Oswald didn't drink something after he ate lunch? And, if Oswald took lunch at 12:00 and at 12:30 shots are fired. Was Oswald's lunch an hour long or half hour long? Does it matter?

Thank you Scott. It is not me who is saying that Oswald was right out in full view in the portal during the assassination it is Jim and Bart. If you read what I post you'll see why that is not possible and why the lunchroom encounter is almost certainly real...

Admittedly I have not read the entire essay, but my first reaction was to wonder, as I wandered, if just maybe I was reading more he say than essay. The second reaction was to recall mass confusion indicated on the radio news broadcasting that began to be played over the classroom intercom shortly after the shots were fired, but some minutes before it was announced that JFK had died. While not claiming vast astuteness, but being a High School Student just 22 days shy of age 17, I expected, or at least was not surprised, that there was said mass confusion exhibited among the early reporting.

In any event, it is my belief that human nature is to observe and/or report the direct event and the most consequential aspects of said event initially, and then when possible, and as needed, to apply and/or supply as much detail as possible. And, I would tend to believe that the closer an eyewitness and/or victim is to an event of the assassination magnitude, the more likely that a thorough review of the event, as recalled, is needed.

So, it remains my continued belief, that DPD Officer MarrionLewisBaker, accompanied by TSBD Building Superintendent RoySansomTruly, encountered TSBD Building Employee LeeHarveyOswald on the 2nd floor, at or near the soft drink machine, at about 12:32pm CST on 11/22/'63. That itself does not prevent him from being on the 1st floor at about 12:28pm, nor does it place him on the 6th floor at about 12:30pm, but it does place him on the 2nd floor when MLB and RST encountered him.

Scott, this is why I will not reply to Doyle on this subject. His view of the issue is simply jaundiced. Bart's essay is not about whether or not Oswald is out front in the portal. It is about whether or not he was on the first floor eating his lunch as the motorcade went by the building. I don't see how anyone can misconstrue that point. Bart makes a good case he was.

Scott, I don't think you have read the essay very carefully. It really deserves that kind of reading. If you don't want to do that, then just don't comment.

Mr. Trotter:

Everyone is entitled to their opinion on any issue in this case.

But if you are going to maintain that the second floor lunchroom occurred as the WC said it did, then how the heck did Baker write his sworn affidavit as he did?

And then why did the DPD begin to alter it that evening?
