Amos Heacock? Apparently in 103 page report he identified Frank Sturgis as wearing a uniform in escorting the three tramps. Has anyone heard of this?

I will say, Bill Kelly and Webberman seem to be the only two with a wealth of information, some may say I'm comparing apples and oranges, however, there are no two researchers a like in my opinion.
