John Geraghty Wrote:Jim Douglass is now up, we'll try to get a better version up soon. I have an audio file of Jim's talk on which the volume is a lot better. http://vimeo.com/7768119
I think Len Osanic broadcast it on black op radio too, so it might be available for podcast.
Walt didn't record his talk at his end, but as I said, Len will probably have it online soon.
It really has been a great weekend. I'm still here in Dallas, leaving later. We made a trp to the Penn Jones and Jack White archives last night, it was great.
We only had a short while to browse through files, but I did come across something about Charles Harrelson in Jack White's collection. In a newspaper article, Harrelson claimed that the DEA, Nixon and some other agency were involved in the murder of Judge Wood because they were caught up in drug deals that Judge Wood had gotten wind of from Jimmy Chagra. I assume that he includes Nixon simply for the fact that he was head of state, not that he personally was overseing the drug smuggling. It was probably more figurative than anything else.
Harrelson goes on to say that a 'secret police' exists in the USA.
I'll try to give a full report back soon.
So far we have Armstrong, Baker, Douglas, Wecht and Valentine online.
Thanks John. Congratulations on what sounds like a very successful event.
Any info on Harrelson is of great interest to me because he WAS there.

Dawn Meredith Wrote:I will put together some notes...still recovering from burning it at both ends all weekend. I believe John G. will also be gettting much if not all the speakers up on various sites, like here and COPA.
I arrived about 3 by plane, as I had a very long court hearing Friday that Erick graciously handled for me, and in the lobby with a few others was John Amstrong. So I got to hear a lot of incredible tales from the moments I arrived. All the speakers were wonderful. John Judge had an all star line-up this year. Jim Douglas was nothing less than profoundly moving, as was Abraham Bolden.
It was fabulous to finally meet Lisa Pease and Jim DiEugenio who also gave terrific presentations. Had a wonderful time with them after hours as well.
To be in the company of all the presenters and attendees where the level of scholarship was so high was just an extraordinary experience.
There is also a growing number of younger people to whom the torch has been passed and it was refreshing and exciting to meet and speak with some of them.
Off to court, so more later.
Dawn
You sure picked a good year to go Dawn. What a lineup. Is this the first year you went?
I AM going next year. Though this year's lineup will be hard to beat.

No, but it's been many years since I've gotten an opportunity to attend.
I believe John is now headed back to Ireland, so we will have to wait for more vids on line. I have some great pics on my face book page for those who venture over there. Not my own....(yet) but two sets from two amazing young people I met there. In fact on of them- Rob Falotico- also sent me the link to the talk Mae Brussell gave at the first ever national Politics of Conspiracy conf. at BU in 1975, which I also attended.
Everyone there said they would be back next year, and many of my fb friends who could not make it this year are planning for next.
Hey maybe even CD will come.
I'll put him on my dance card.
