David & Magda - excellent find and many thanks for making it available through DPF.
For absolute clarity, the pdf file above is a scan of the 1978 book.
Walter Bowart also wrote a much expanded version of "Operation Mind Control", which was published in a photocopied and loosely bound limited edition in 1994. The 1994 edition runs to 686 pages plus appendices, and there were only 500 copies.
"It means this War was never political at all, the politics was all theatre, all just to keep the people distracted...."
"Proverbs for Paranoids 4: You hide, They seek."
"They are in Love. Fuck the War." Gravity's Rainbow, Thomas Pynchon
"Ccollanan Pachacamac ricuy auccacunac yahuarniy hichascancuta." The last words of the last Inka, Tupac Amaru, led to the gallows by men of god & dogs of war
Jack and Maggie, thanks, but I am unable to download anything at all. Web TV just doesn't have all those capabilities.....and my laptop is unworkable right now.

Thanks for the thought Maggie! But...that would not work at all. It plugs into the TV...the TV is my screen too. So if I disconnected the component, I would only be getting my regular TV.
I was wondering about how many pages does this book have? Perhaps I may later figure out some way to read it.
Do you or anyone know of any updated books that is equally as good.... that I might just order..and at much less costly price? I know there are some, but I am just unsure about which are actually any good. I have been doing some reserch on mind Control experiments for a possible writing and there are a lot of rather wacky theories too. So, I am just unsure which books are actually worthwhile.
