FORREST GUMP on the grassy knoll . . .
#11
Why not accept that we have different research strategies? I have already taken enough of a preliminary look at HARVEY & LEE to conclude that there are serious problems there, which I have stated my intention to address. We seem to have arrived at am impasse on the third tramp. My only advantages are that I actually met him, talked with him, read his book manuscripts, reviewed his video recordings for his daughter, Karyn, and was at the symposium devoted to whether or not the third tramp was Chauncey Marvin Holt, which, of course, I organized and moderated! I am not only right on that score, as I see it, but my Badgers are going to dump the Frogs on their tails on New Year's Day! Your coach compared the Frogs to the Badgers as the difference between a Ferrari and a dump truck. Well, you know what happens when a Ferrari collides with a dump truck? I read some very interesting and informative news stories today, especially about your team starting to study videos of my team. My pick: Badgers, 43; Frogs, 17. Good luck!

Jim...Soon after the movie JFK, Chauncey Holt made numerous
phone calls to me, spending long periods telling me fantastic
tales in the manner of a charming conman. He told me of various
capers that he took part in, of burying bodies in the desert in
Death Valley, of CIA safehouses in the Mexican peninsula. He
sent me a packet of materials which I put into a storage box,
but I have never been able to find again. ODDLY, HE NEVER
MENTIONED BEING ONE OF THE TRAMPS. This was about 1991
or 92, as I recall. So long before I met you, Chauncey Holt had
contacted me, much in the manner of several other "former
CIA agents". Believe what you want. Chauncey does not
match any tramp photographically; Hunt does. His sole effort
was to convince me that he was a competent artist, and
was used by the CIA to prepare fake credentials. His letterhead
on the materials he sent specified that he specialized in airbrush
art.

Ferraris can outrun dump trucks. A Cannon (Marcus Cannon)
can shoot holes in them. Google Marcus Cannon. Good luck...
the Badgers will need it. Cannon is 6'6", weighs 350, and is
likely a first round draft choice.

Jack

PS. The Frogs have not JUST STARTED studying Badger videos.
They have been doing it every day since the matchup was
first anticipated...more than a month ago! And your score
ignores the LAS VEGAS LINE, which usually is very accurate.
The people who wager big bucks say the Badgers are three
point underdogs. I will be satisfied with a 4-point win. You
forget that the Frogs have been THE NUMBER ONE DEFENSIVE
TEAM IN THE NATION FOR THE PAST TWO SEASONS.

Let's leave Chauncey to RIP. I think we are going to see a great game New Year's Day!
