What the government is asking us to believe is that Cheramie exposed an ongoing heroin shipment with all the names and places confirmed, and that the police were waiting at the Galveston dock for the ship to arrive, but somehow the named sailor who was smuggling the heroin "eluded the authorities".

What you are seeing here is Cheramie exposed a major French Connection shipment that is pure evidence of the unholy trinity between the Lansky mob-CIA- and the Mediterranean French Connection.

Let's be honest here. The sailor got away because CIA somehow got involved.

But in the excerpt above, I think you hyperventilate.

But maybe this is just a semantical problem. Remind us just what Cheramie said during the "unfolding" of the attack, the time she said it, and the degree to which it amounts to a "play by play" call.
