There is little doubt in my mind that Harry Holmes was an active participant in the cover up for the FBI. It looks like he helped solve the problem they had in that they could not find any money order for that rifle by Oswald; plus Oswald never picked up that rifle.

The proof that bank stamps were used on postal money orders in 1963 is right on the back of the money order itself:
"More than one endorsement is prohibited by law. BANK STAMPS are not regarded as endorsements." http://i56.tinypic.com/20aqrl2.jpg The "Hidell" money order contained no such stamp. |
