Much of the information has been ignored by the American media totally. When appropriately reminded as to what is still unknown about Obama to date, one has to ask: How can any logical-thinking person give a damn about Romney's taxes while not asking any questions regarding our current President's past? The man influences the entire globe, but liberal Americans want to know how much Mitt Romney paid in taxes in the past rather than learn about the man who they have entrusted with the country.

Unbelievable.

Quite disturbing is the talk of the United States economy in the film. The current national debt which has increased two-fold during Obama's presidency and the horrendous economy is suggested to be part of the plan to strip the nation of democracy reasonable cause to make citizens totally dependent on the government. The "left" is aghast at this suggestion of the current economy. They actually believe that Obama is unintelligent enough to let this economy just happen. Ironically, it's many of the people on the "right" who know Obama's not stupid, and much of what has happened to the United States in the past four years is part of Obama's plan.

How could one so-highly educated and intelligent as Obama not know what he was doing when he incurred such debt? I left the movie thinking more strongly than I had in the past that the current debt and this economy was part of Obama's plan all along.

That's crap.

Lehman Brothers collapsed in August 2008, three months before Obama was elected. The multi billion dollar bank bailouts were organised by Bush so Obama had plenty of lead in the saddle when he took over.

Military spending drives US Government debt anyway. No recent President has been able to curb this trend.

The reason for the economic collapse was private debt, not Government debt. When I last looked (a few months ago) the private and Government debts of the US were 53 trillion and 13 trillion respectively. Private debt comprises household, business and mortgage debt. Mortgage debt is the major component.

Blaming Obama for America's current economic woes is like blaming Roosevelt for the great depression.

Bush and his cronies encouraged Americans to leverage themselves beyond their capacity to repay.

There are more than enough legitimate reasons to oppose Obama but the movie 2016 is just more of the same standard American right-wing propaganda designed to feed upon existing prejudices and to further discombobulate the dimwits. This guy has long been payroll predatory scum the likes of Rush Hudson Limbaugh III, the FOX propagandists and the vermin that is Glenn Beck. Sadly the only two things that Obama has going for him is that he won't disembowel Medicare and Social Security and won't join the fanatical Bibi Netanyahu in launching WW III with a strike on Iran. But thanks to hypocritical adulterous fiends like D'Souza, the Koch Brothers network, Council For National Policy and the arrayed American fascist right the fix is in for Romney already. The pathetic excuse for a media in this country has already succeeded in flipping the narrative with a textbook attack on the polls and media and now the star-spangled sheep believe that it is a dead heat which means close enough to steal thanks to voter suppression and a cadre of Koch Brothers governors who rode into power in 2010 on a tsunami of racist filth and now control the statehouses in the so called swing states.

Not that any of this matters because the whole thing is putrescent, bloated at the seams and ready to explode like an Alien chest burster from a Ridley Scott film with the host being the entire rotting corrupt system.

D'Souza's insipid piece of filth much like the ones pimped by CNP shill Alex Jones is just regurgitated John Birch Society-Christian Reconstructionist garbage. My advice to you is to rent something at your local Red Box with some actual entertainment value next time.
