Friends,
Here is the text and an attached copy of the flyer and schedule for our upcoming COPA regional meeting in Dallas this year. I hope you are planning to attend. If not, we will livecast as much of the events and speakers as we can at our website, http://www.politcalassassinations.com. There could be last minute changes to the agenda, but these speakers and times confirmed. We still value your input on the 10 Points of Agreement on Political Assassinations that we will be discussing at the event.
Discount rates at the Hotel Lawrence are still available for "COPA 2012" by calling 214-761-9090. Registration will be paid at the events starting Friday evening at the Hotel Lawrence. This promises to be an interesting year.
We are planning a major conference for the 50th anniversary of the JFK assassination in Dallas. Dr. Cyril Wecht, JD, MD, our founding president, has already confirmed and we are inviting all the well known medical and forensic experts, academicians, researchers and authors of the last five decades to speak. You won't want to miss it.
We need to know ahead of time how many want to attend and where they would like to stay (Hotel Lawrence $79/night or Hyatt Regency Reunion Square $99/night) to make our plans for the events and bookings. Please respond with that information as soon as possible.
Please copy and distribute this flyer using the attached file and bring copies for distribution to Dallas, either at the conference the week before or at the Grassy Knoll on Thanksgiving Day. Dallas area COPA members are encouraged to copy and distribute this in advance of the meeting at the Grassy Knoll and in Dallas to help get a crowd. Thanks for the assistance.
