Couldn't it just have been photographed before she turned in any parts to anyone? [An unusual thing to do, I agree - but not impossible.] The offset of the page below is due to the top page being detached and offset. At least two pages are there - but seems to me I remember this form and one sent one to state, one to federal, kept one and there was maybe one other. Each one said what it was for. I don't remember the order.

Yeah, we're still well within the ballpark of CIA screwing-up big time and having one of their specialists forge this without consulting the template.
Huge blow-up in their faces if this is true! Similar to the rifle screw-up.

Any employer would have a blank one, so JVB could have gotten one (even if not from Reilly) and typed Reily's name and tax ID number on it.
Form C is for the employees personal record. Form A is for the employer, maybe?
The top form in the image doesn't go with the line of holes to the far right. There is too much paper between the edge and the hole of the far right line of holes for the top part to come from the rest of that book. This photograph is a unused copy B on top of something else that looks (judging by the bleed thru) more like a real W2.

The red arrows point to where we SHOULD see bleed thru - the white where the bleed thru or "whatever" actual is....

Wow, very interesting. I don't thank any of us have considered that before, David. If she did have a blank then how would she have acquired it?
I don't think SHE had the blanks, the Reily/CIA front had them and like her days at college and the creation of records to cover her work there... the same was done here...
I don't think she ever officially worked for "Reily" as much as doing the work the Reily front was protecting.
This W-2 is simply not what was used nor does it match this book it rests upon...

It could be that CIA had special W-2 forms made up for CIA front companies as a visual identifier of CIA employers and employees.
If you think about it this might be proof of sorts JVB's involvement with intel.

To date I have yet to see a copy of a 1963 W-2 (or any 1960's W-2) that looks like that...
Peter - I've linked repeated in this thread to the IRS forms for that year... Copy A is for the District Director http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-prior/fw2--1963.pdf
There really is no reason for JVB to have the IRS copy B of this form in her possession unless this is before she filed it and took a photo of it to prove ??? when she'd have Copy C for her records...
Is there anyone here who has read her book that can say whether she address this or not?
Same thing with the apartment address in NOLA... Does she literally neglect to name the address along this route where she moved - when this was the happiest time of her life, being able to ride to and from work with your lover??

In Feb 1962 Ozzie was in Minsk. She goes on to say she and David leave NOLA in April 1962...
Problem is that even if she meant 1963... in Feb, March and April 1963 Ozzie is in Texas.
He does not get to New Orleans until the end of April 1963.
This woman is completely lost... Jack Martin and David were NOT working for Bannister when they moved back to New Orleans sometime later in 1962.
She then tells stories of Lee in NOLA in 1962...
He does not get to New Orleans until the end of April 1963. and NEVER lives in New Orleans in 1962...
and yet another card holding up this house goes flying away

To me this scenario is entirely plausible considering the Oswald doubles.
The better statement is at 19:00 where she repeats she met Oswald after January and before April 1962.

What I was trying to suggest is when sent to her in 1964, it was photographed then, before filing and sending pages to various places. Just exploring all the possibilities. As I remember, they came in the mail with all the pages - with the employer keeping one before sending.

The dates just don't work - regardless of 62 or 63... How can anyone accept her story when the two main pieces of evidence are both proven to be in conflict with reality??

I don't understand. Are you saying Lee could not be in New Orleans in March or April 1962? Anna Lewis appears to be telling the truth. She strikes me as being too dumb to lie that effectively.
