Getting back to what was supposed to be the subject of the thread, another good part of the book, which was not cut out, was the chapter on the medical evidence.
I had never really written anything of length or depth on this topic in book form prior to this.
So, before I started i got in contact with two people who were very good on the subject: Mili Cranor and Dave Mantik. I talked to them awhile and they gave me some sources and I went from there.
What Bugliosi did with this was so bad that it bordered on the outrageous. And what he did to Doug Horne was simply irresponsible and mendacious.
I don't agree with everything Doug wrote in his ARRB memo about two brain examinations. But to ignore the basic evidence that the brain in the archives cannot be what all those witnesses saw, that the brain was not dissected, and Stringer said he did not photograph the exhibits in the archives that are supposed to be JFK's brain, that is simply ridiculous.
And that is what Bugliosi did in his jihad against Horne.
