1) Chester A Arthur was, by all accounts, born in Canada. None of the Republicans at the time had any problem with this. They just conveniently enlarged the state known as "Maine" to include everything north of New Hampshire.
2) I am positively appalled at the number of talking pinheads who don't know what a typewriter is who keep blathering on about how the "fonts" on the document don't match and how the darkness of the impressions varies. They apparently think that the government of Hawaii had word processors back in 1961. From the looks of it, the document wasn't even typed with an electric model. From what that intellectual giant, Alex Jones, has said, I don't even think he understands that the form was printed with linotype on a printing press using printer's ink and that the blanks were filled in with a typewriter using a cloth ribbon. It's understandable, I guess. The spellchecker here doesn't even recognize "linotype" as a word.
