Thanks Alan for this post, I believe Jefferson is correct our community must come together and unite under a common message. Getting us to all agree on what that message contains will be difficult, but i feel it can be achieved.
So i present a chance to start:
The essence of conspiracy is an agreement of two or more persons to engage in some form of prohibited misconduct. The crime is complete upon agreement, although
some statutes require prosecutors to show that at least one of the conspirators has taken some concrete step or committed some overt act in furtherance of the scheme.
This above definition was taken from a Congressional Research Service report on Federal Conspiracy Law: A Brief Overview by Charles Doyle Senior Specialist in American Public Law on April 30, 2010. It can be found at the following link:
http://www.fas.org/sgp/crs/misc/R41223.pdf
So from our knowledge of the assassination research done over the past 50 years, can we as a community come up with 3 talking points that fit the above legal definition of conspiracy?
If we can all agree on just three points and start to market those points on the world wide web to its hundreds of millions of browsers, perhaps the main stream media will pick up on just these three talking points and discuss them as fact in the case for conspiracy.
I feel this task is quiet more difficult then it would seem when you have to take on the legal definition of a conspiracy...we have to name names and present proof of their actions...So can we even find three that fall under the above guidelines....or even just one, what would be your one top fact/event/file/photo or evidence that a conspiracy was in place to murder President John F Kennedy.
We have some amazing contributors to this site and some of the leading authors in the field of assassination research i hope we can come together to present 3 cases for conspiracy...i'm preparing to explain my top one as we speak.
