There was another asset - one not mentioned by any of the books - who was an FBI asset high up in the Gobernacion... This asset had his hands on every piece of evidence coming out of Mexico supposedly proving Oswald was there
yet none of the books or discussions on Mexico (Newman, Armstrong, Simpich) name this very important person... From what I found, he had nothing to do with the time at the Cuban/Russian buildings but only the too and from Mexico City part.
How does one get evidence for 6 bus trips and a hotel stay when there is no evidence to be had cause Oswald was never there...

Hi Phil, Phillips's wasn't among the first to spread stories about Fidel Castro and KGB assassinating Kennedy. Those stories originated with Martino, Morales and anti- Castro groups, later, Sturgis pushed that story to convince several groups in Miami that Castro was involved.
It was approved by JMWAVE. They wanted to invade Cuba, it didn't work because LBJ didn't want a war. However, LBJ agreeded to allow them to carry out their infiltrations and sabotage missions to Cuba.
The story regarding Oswald in Mexico originated from JMWAVE, Win Scott, his sectary who took orders, Richard Poyle who is belived to be Oswald's "look a like" and others.
Has anyone ever seen a photo of or knows what Poyle looks like? No worries, everyone will soon get it.
