The significant danger posed by James Fetzer to our shared struggles to ascertain truth and effect justice for the extended victims of John F. Kennedy's assassination could not be rendered more clearly than in the boldface passage below taken from a post Fetzer made earlier today on another Internet forum:
I have just returned from the 3rd International Hollywoodism Conference held in Tehran. My plan was to explain how Hollywood-style techniques have been used to alter history using the assassination of JFK and the atrocities of 9/11 as my illustrations:
Regarding JFK:
(1) the backyard photographs: There are multiple indications of fakery, including the wrong chin, an insert line between the chin and his lower lip, and the missing tips of his right hand. When Lee was shown one of the four photos, he stated that it was his face pasted on someone else's body, which has been shown to be correct by multiple lines of proof. (See, for example, "Framing the Patsy: The Case of Lee Harvey Oswald" with Jim Marrs.)
(2) the Zapruder film: The driver pulled the presidential limousine to the left and to a halt after bullets had begun to be fired for an interval of several seconds, but it was removed from the film. More than 60 witnesses--and other research--has confirmed it. We have established what happened to the film, where and how it was altered and by what agency. (See "JFK: Who's telling the truth: Clint Hill or the Zapruder film?")
(3) the Altgens6: AP photographer James „Ike" Altgens took a famous photograph looking toward the presidential limousine as JFK is clutching his throat from the second hit. In the background in the doorway, a figure can be seen whom the government claims was Billy Lovelady. But recent research substantiates that it was actually Lee Harvey Oswald. (See "JFK believe it or not: Oswald wasn't even a shooter" with Richard Hooke.)
Two points must be addressed:
A. Fetzer herein offers three mini-analyses of JFK evidence. His first and second examples offer hard facts (if some hyperbole and false association, as in the latter's claim that "[w]e have established what happened to the film, where and how it was altered and by what agency"). Fetzer's third example, alas and all too predictably, conflates the pseudo-science and outright chicanery of Ralph Cinque with the disciplined, honestly conducted and presented, science-based research and conclusions of those whose studies have established forgery in the so-called "backyard photos" of LHO and the Zapruder film.
Fetzer, wittingly or otherwise, has given aid and comfort to the accessories-after-the-fact to JFK's murder charged with maintenance of the cover-up. They will target the Cinque/Fetzer snake oil, savage it, and then argue that it is indicative of the failures of ALL JFK assassination-related science.
B. One cannot overstate the counter-productiveness -- the sheer tactical lunacy -- of Fetzer's Tehran conference attendance and subsequent reference.
What might Fetzer have gained by publicly taking part in such an event that could have outweighed the destructive impact of his association with the Iranians on the public perceptions of our aforementioned goals and the methods we utilize to achieve them?
Do not misunderstand me: To paraphrase Muhammad Ali, I ain't got nothin' against them Persians. Further, a conference organized to expose imperialist-supported propaganda in popular culture, is in and of itself a good thing. But Fetzer, because he either is ravaged by physical and/or emotional diseases, or is operating as a deep cover asset of the conspirators, or both, continues to make every available effort to taint our own work by his association with liars and demonized (unwarranted or otherwise) political entities.
Jim Fetzer is an abomination -- a major, relentless threat to all that the community of honorable JFK researchers has worked for and achieved over nearly 50 years.
