Sean Murphy's research deserves more
If you look at the Prayer Man shots people were headed towards the Depository front entrance. If Prayer Man was Oswald he would have had to go back in to the Depository because there's no way he went out into the street. If he did that he would have mingled with many people in the front door. Oswald was soon to become one of the most famous people on the planet. I doubt people would fail to remember him.

I find it hard to believe Baker would run to the front door and stop. He was obviously interested in the Depository. I would counter to find a single person who said Baker never went in to the Depository.

I'll make it easier for you. Find a witness who even saw him go up the steps. How do you know he didn't go around the corner and up Houston St.?
Mr. HILL. The right rear portion of his head was missing. It was lying in the rear seat of the car. His brain was exposed. There was blood and bits of brain all over the entire rear portion of the car. Mrs. Kennedy was completely covered with blood. There was so much blood you could not tell if there had been any other wound or not, except for the one large gaping wound in the right rear portion of the head.

Don't you see that if that's the investigatory standard you're going to use that it then begs the question where is the witness who said they saw Oswald in the Depository entrance? Some people are the first to complain about proving negatives and then promote a theory based on nothing but that.

I just refuse to believe that Lee Harvey Oswald would be standing right wide out in the open in the Depository entrance during the assassination and nobody would mention it.

This case had total corruption. But the total corruption card can only be used within reasonable limits.

Believe whatever you want, Albert. The fact remains, there was not a single witness on the steps of the TSBD who could recall a cop in a white helmet climbing those steps and entering the front door of the TSBD, and until someone finds such a witness, I do not believe Baker entered the front of the TSBD.

That has got to be one of the stupidest things I have ever read on this forum. You actually mean to tell me that if no one on the steps said they did NOT see Baker enter the TSBD, that is some kind of proof that Baker DID enter the TSBD?

What colour is the sky in your world?

Not good enough Bob. That would make sense in the wishing it to be Oswald world but not in the high standard assassination evidence world where people recognize that the Baker in the Depository claim is a cornerstone of assassination history so therefore if people witnessed it to not be true that no one speaking out is not likely. It just doesn't wash. Saying no one speaking out is proof of intimidation is an assumption based on speculation. I think you're struggling with your inability to answer to your own methods. The sword cuts both ways. You lose your cool too quickly by crossing the 'stupid' line when asked to live up to your own logic. In the end your method works against you just as much as for you. I think Baker went in. Are you suggesting they conspired and said "OK, now let's say we encountered somebody on the 4th floor landing"? Pretty detailed for a hoax. And a clever ruse to not mention who it was in their complex plan. I've got a pretty good idea of where the sky is Bob, thanks. The grand conspiracy card is a solve-all for people with weak evidence. I think you're trying to force the Baker theory in order to bolster an equally weak Prayer Man theory. Frankly I don't think it's a sound investigation method if we are citing site standards.

Who relayed the lunchroom door window information to Baker and told him to make his claim sound credible by including it? You also seem to be ignoring the fact that if they did formulate this grand conspiracy that putting him in the lunchroom, that he didn't have time to get to, works against that.

The Fritz notes say Oswald said he was having a Coke in the 2nd floor lunch-room when the officer came in. Not only does that put Oswald in the lunch-room, so therefore he couldn't be Prayer Man, but it also confirms Baker's entry into the Depository.

No it doesn't, nor did the 2nd floor lunchroom encounter ever happen.

Sounds like it to me. The only wiggle room would be Oswald rushing back from the front entrance portal ahead of Baker and Truly. But I would have to say it sounds to me like Oswald is placing himself in the lunch-room when Baker confronts him.
