How about this one?
When Ruth was called before the Shaw grand jury, she was asked who her sister worked for in 1963. She said she did not know. Even though Ruth visited her that summer. But worse, she told Garrison she did not really recall where she lived. When JG tried to jog her memory, he said could it be Falls Church Virginia? Ruth said yes, it had two names. Uh uh, Ruthie. Sylvia, who worked for the CIA at the time in classified projects as a psychologist, lived in a place called Glen Echo Heights Maryland. We are to think that Ruthie did not recall either the city OR THE STATE! I don't buy it. Unless she did not actually visit her sister.

I brought it up grand jury appearance on Len's show. And the stuff on Falls Church, since I mentioned it in my book.
Then, a listener informed me that the assumption Garrison made, that Ruth was affirming his guess, was wrong. He found some newspaper from Maryland where Sylvia's husband was featured. And it gave the Maryland info as their address in 1963. Good research that makes Ruthie look even worse.

In other words Ruth went to visit CIA and used her sister's proximity as an alibi.
Gee, I wonder what assignment Ruth Paine would visit CIA HQ for before going to New Orleans to pick up Marina? Lifton is naive. Doesn't he stop to consider that since Frazier had extreme pressure put on him that maybe Linnie Mae Randle did too? How could he take any statement literally without pausing to consider its authenticity? Without considering the layers of other evidence like the virgin bag etc that put serious doubt to her claim? How does Lifton know that the 3 foot 6 claim wasn't just straight fabricated like much other evidence? A good clue would be that the authorities never made her explain her change of story. It's weird how people like Speer and Lifton make claims that are straight out of Von Pein land without realizing their significance. Heck, for all we know Linnie Mae just flat out lied for the authorities and so did Frazier. Here is another JFK researcher just straight quoting FBI reports and trusting them at their word. Geesh, how could Lifton be so naive? If he had a better understanding of the case he would realize this pattern conforms more to the authorities realizing they couldn't get away with a false claim, fixing it, and going along with it, more than anything else. Has Lifton ever questioned which Oswald was seen riding the elevator with the wrapped "fishing pole" or why this evidence wasn't rushed forward by the Commission? .

The other alternative is that she wanted to mislead him so he could not subpoena Sylvia.
