Good posting Jim. I'm reading it and it is refreshing my memory after a research tour.
Karen Carlin made the fatal mistake of trusting those wolves in the Secret Service.

I identify everything I discovered in my update, some folks may call it circumstantial evidence. I call it factual evidence is there really any difference?

Most folks don't even know who Richard Poyle is or what he did for or within the CIA. And the few who has heard of him knows he spent time in Cuba in Fidel Castro's prison along with Tony Cuesta and Eugenio Xiques. What folks don't know is why Poyle was sent to Cuba. The CIA had to of believed that Poyle would not return to the United States just as Tony and Eugenio did, but Fidel was more fearful of Tony becoming a martyr then assassinating him.
Cuban intelligence knew who Tony was.
What Frank didn't know early on was that my father had turned on him. Frank was questioned about certain events that were going to take place at the VVAW convention in Miami Beach 1973, and some of this information was given to Jack Anderson by Frank so that Frank would later get the credit, Anderson just didn't receive all the details. Frank believed that after getting questioned by the FBI that Jack turned on Frank, this is one of the reasons Frank said he didn't want to have anything to do with that bastard anymore meaning Jack. In-fact, during an FBI interview my father told the FBI there was some information my father gave someone within the Watergate committee, and he, my (father) was awaiting word from that person. The FBI began to pressure my father as to who this person was, my father gave them Jack Anderson.
No one knew my father was giving this information to Liebengood. Then, around August 1973 after my father's interview with Liebengood he, my (father) starting showing off photographs around Miami. These were photos my father stole from the CIA. The photos had nothing to do with Watergate, and they were my father's [get-out-of-jail] free card, a card he played often.
My father wasn't about to implicate himself as the sixth burglar in Watergate when everyone else went to prison, my father was the only one who didn't serve anytime, even after my father took off to Haiti where he stayed at Mike McLaney's hotel, the FBI knew my father was trying to allude them, and no one ever brought my father in for questioning while in Haiti or indicted my father of conspiracy of or the break-in at Watergate.
Richard Poyle was in Mexico the day before Kennedy was assassinated, and his cover was to meet his wife in Mexico, but his wife was still in Miami while Poyle was in Mexico. On August 1973 my father showed Poyle the photographs most likely to get a reaction from Poyle.
It worked, because after Poyle was debriefed by the CIA the following day, Poyle said he did not want to work with Kaiser on any future activities, and he (Poyle) denies meeting Kaiser on certain dates when I [prove] they did meet on those dates in my update.
Later, Frank Sturgis knew my father had these photos and heard thew the grapevine that my father was showing them around in Miami, these were pictures of Howard Hunt, Frank Sturgis, Gordon Liddy and [others.]
I later discovered that the [others] were David Morales and Barnard Barker. David had nothing to do with Watergate, this is how I know these photos had nothing to do with Watergate.
I located and interviewed individuals who seen the photos, I also tape recorded the person who drove my father to the CIA's headquarters in Miami where my father stole the photos.
On the day of my father's death, he did not show me the photos, but he did play a recorded conversation he had with Frank whom at that time I knew as uncle Frank.
That morning both Richard Poyle and Frank Sturgis picked my father up for work, later that day he was killed.
I expose everything I know in my update, witnesses I've talked to, documents I discovered, and I piece it all together. Some folks may say with what I'm posting here may not be enough information to prove Frank killed my father, all I can say is, I outline everything I know much better in my update without having to spell it all out here.
There is still a lot of information people don't know, and it's this information I plan on fully releasing. Hope this helps.

Later, when Frank was questioned by Liebengood about the VVAW he knew it wasn't Jack that turned on Frank, but my father. Jack never spoke to Liebengood, these interviews were all close door sessions, and Frank refuted everything my father told Liebengood, now, Frank knew who turned on him.

Liebengood even knew about the photos my father had, now that I think about it, I wonder, could Liebengood have told my father to show the photos around Miami?

Thanks, Scott. This is fascinating. I imagine any rookie cop investigating your father's death would want to have a serious talk with both Poyle and Sturgis. And I imagine then he'd be dead.
This is all difficult for me to digest, especially this late, because I don't know nearly as much about Watergate as the Kennedy assassination, but several things really stand out.
First, since you say David Morales had nothing to do with Watergate, does that lead you to suspect the photos your dad took were related specifically to the assassination of Kennedy, or wet work in general, or ... ?
As you may know, one of E. Howard Hunt's sons implicated both Morales and Sturgis (and others, including LBJ) in the assassination of JFK. My understanding of both Morales and Sturgis is that they were professional killers working with CIA. Morales, particularly, is linked by some closely to David Atlee Phillips. Do you know if your "Uncle Frank," (sheesh, those words are chilling in this context) also worked for Phillips? I've read they all worked for a time out of JM WAVE in Miami. Do you know if they traveled to Mexico City?
One other detail. Do you know if the Mike McLaney you mention had anything to do with the McLaney Camps on the north end of Lake Pontchertrain (sp)? I Goggled the camps and they seem to be named after a guy with a different first name, but were they family?
Thanks again for writing all that up, and best of luck nailing your "Uncle Frank," for history's sake, at least. I'll give your posts another read tomorrow morning, when hopefully I'll be a little brighter.

You're welcome, see Tracy and Dawn, is it really that hard? I suppose that rookie cop would've been killed, don't know, perhaps, just given him a story to throw him off? I know Frank is dead, but I don't know about Richard, God help him I never run into him.

That's okay, I don't know nearly as much as some of these researchers who knows just how many peanuts were packed in Oswald shit the night before Kennedy's assassination, all I can give you is what I know about my father and his associates.
First, since you say David Morales had nothing to do with Watergate, does that lead you to suspect the photos your dad took were related specifically to the assassination of Kennedy, or wet work in general, or ... ?
I know those photos were related to Kennedy's assassination as did Frank, Poyle, Nino, Aldo Vera, Liebengood and many others.

I don't believe the entire deathbed confession, but, I do believe there is some truth to it if that makes any sense? Frank did work with members of JM/WAVE and with those who worked under Ted Shackley, I suppose the leadership goes up from there. And, yes, Frank has been to Mexico, he's been there with Orlando Bosch.
One other detail. Do you know if the Mike McLaney you mention had anything to do with the McLaney Camps on the north end of Lake Pontchertrain (sp)? I Goggled the camps and they seem to be named after a guy with a different first name, but were they family?
Yes, Mike owned property at the Lake where the anti-Castro's trained, including DRE. Frank had a cachet of weapons there.

No problem, it's a bit late to nail Frank, wish he was still alive, you'd probably be reading about his death in the newspaper and my incarceration. Goodnight!
