Paperback edition of Reclaiming Parkland: Expanded and Revised

I know.... Sadly, some if not all of you may think how could this be Poyle, I'm no researcher, and I will be the first to tell anyone I'm not, so I hope no one ever says I think I am, or said otherwise, also, didn't Tony Cuesta go to Cuba in a plot to assassinate Castro in 1966? And, didn't he get arrest there, and this was just three years [after] Kennedy's assassination right?

Guess when Poyle was sent to Cuba with a cover story he was arrested for "crimes against the state" what state Cuba? Now that's a joke, oh yeah, but to get back to when Poyle got arrested in Cuba, he was also shortly released just before Tony was, and that's because the CIA had a much bigger problem, you see, this is exactly why Poyle needed to, no.... had to infiltrate my father, and just one of the reasons Poyle said he never wanted to work with my father on [any] future activity.

Oh yeah, Poyle went to Cuba in 1966 too. I don't need to tell you why he had to infiltrate my father, I spell it all out in my book, and guess what, I also provide facts, I sure hope facts don't disillusion anyone.

Jim, you and Mr. Josephs knows your shit about the Mexico incident, pardon my language, would you please tell me when the CIA, FBI or any three letter agency first made these photos of the Oswald look a like published to the public? Thank you.

No worries, I'm sure no one really knows the exact date, but yes, they were quickly made available to the WC in 1964, and between 1963 and 1966 how much information can anyone find on Poyle? I mean other then Poyle in Mexico on November 21, 1963.

Does anyone follow what I'm saying?

Sorry, I got lost there for a moment and completely forgot to ask my follow up question, and that is, when the CIA had turned over the photos to the WC to "pin this on Oswald" that was in 1964 right, and, the WCR came out with its report in 1964 right? But, my question is, (when did those photos of the Oswald look a like made public?) Oh boy!

Here's the entire WCR in a PDF version.

Commission finding.--The Oswalds were notified on December 25, 1961, that their requests for exit visas had been granted by Soviet authorities. Marina Oswald picked up her visa, valid until December 1, 1962, on January 11, 1962, 17 days after receiving notice that it was available. Oswald did not pick up his visa until May 22. The Soviets did not give the Oswalds any advance notice; the visas could have been picked up immediately had the Oswalds so desired. Because his exit visa had a 45-day expiration time after date of issuance, Lee Oswald delayed picking it up until he knew when he was leaving. He could not arrange a departure date until he received permission from the Department of State in May to return to the United States.85 OSWALD'S TRIP TO MEXICO CITY

Oswald's trip to Mexico City in late September and early October 1963, less than 2 months before he assassinated President Kennedy, has provoked speculation that it was related in some way to a conspiracy to murder the President. Rumors include assertions that he made a clandestine flight from Mexico to Cuba and back and that he received a large sum of money--usually estimated at $5,000--which he brought back to Dallas with him. The Commission has no credible evidence that Oswald went to Mexico pursuant to a plan to assassinate President Kennedy, that he received any instructions related to such an action while there, or that he received large sums of money from any source in Mexico.

Speculation.--Oswald could not have received an American passport in June 1963 within 24 hours without special intervention on his behalf.

Commission finding.--Oswald's passport application was processed routinely by the Department of State. No person or agency intervened specially on his behalf to speed the issuance of the passport. The passports of 24 other persons, on the same list sent to Washington from New Orleans, were authorized at the same time. The Passport Office of the Department of State had no instructions to delay issuance of or to deny a passport to Oswald.86

Speculation.--The Walter-McCarran Act specifically requires anyone who has attempted to renounce his U.S. citizenship to file an affidavit stating why he should receive a U.S. passport. Therefore, Oswald should have been required to file such an affidavit before receiving his passport in June 1963.

Commission finding.--The Internal Security Act of 1950 (Walter-McCarran Act) contains no reference to an affidavit being required of a U.S. citizen who has attempted to expatriate himself.87

Speculation.--Oswald did not have money for his trip to Mexico in September 1963.

Commission finding.--An analysis of Oswald's finances by the Commission indicates that he had sufficient money to make the trip to and from Mexico City. There is no evidence that he received any

Page 659

assistance in financing his trip to Mexico. The total cost of his 7-day trip has been reliably estimated at less than $85. 88

Speculation.--Oswald was accompanied on his trip to Mexico City by a man and two women.

Commission finding.--Investigation has revealed that Oswald traveled alone on the bus. Fellow passengers on the bus between Houston and Mexico City have stated that he appeared to be traveling alone and that they had not previously known him.89

Speculation.--While in Mexico, Oswald made a clandestine flight to Havana and back.

Commission finding.--The Commission has found no evidence that Oswald made any flight to Cuba while he was in Mexico. He never received permission from the Cuban Government to enter Cuba nor from the Mexican Government to leave Mexico bound for Cuba. A confidential check of the Cuban airline in Mexico City indicates that Oswald never appeared at its office there.90

Speculation.--Oswald came back from Mexico City with $5,000.

Commission finding.--No evidence has ever been supplied or obtained to support this allegation. Oswald's actions in Mexico City and after his return to Dallas lend no support to this speculation.91

Speculation.--On November 27, 1963, in a speech at the University of Havana, Fidel Castro, under the influence of liquor, said "The first time that Oswald was in Cuba ..." Castro therefore had knowledge that Oswald had made surreptitious visits to Cuba.

Commission finding.--Castro's speeches are monitored directly by the U.S. Information Agency as he delivers them. A tape of this speech reveals that it did not contain the alleged slip of the tongue. Castro did refer to Oswald's visit to the "Cuban Embassy" in Mexico which he immediately corrected to "Cuban consulate." The Commission has found no evidence that Oswald had made surreptitious visits to Cuba.92 OSWALD AND U.S. GOVERNMENT AGENCIES.

Rumors and wild speculations is what the WCR gives you, so, why hasn't the committee which was approved by "Congress" Trump, God just saying that word gives me chills, but, why couldn't Congresses committee which was the HSCA trump the WCR since the HSCA had the last word?

Jim DiEugenio Wrote:That you would even bring this up Albert is really odd, if not bizarre.

Drago is the guy who tried to get you thrown out of here.

Jim, I personally think Charles is an ass, however his Evica model does has merit, though not to the point of using it like a caveman club to bash people with and call for false removal from the board. We all have our piques. I have mine with you over your siding with real evidence deniers in the cases of Pitzer, Janney, partially Piper, and some others.

Let's defuse this since it serves the purposes of those who killed Kennedy for the community to tear itself apart with in-fighting. I did defend you above against Drago and the answer to your question is my mention of it allowed you to offer the defense you do above.

My current focus is there is good evidence produced by Davidson that shows Prayer Man was a woman and finally settles a years-long issue. I think it is being unfairly denied by persons who showed favor towards Murphy who might not want to admit they were wrong. That is a violation of the stated Deep Political inquiry this board bases itself on. I believe if I defended ROKC the way you do I would not enjoy the looking the other way you receive in regard to what is generally considered a pariah website. Fair is fair.

BTW, that is not actually Evica's model.

When I first heard GME talk about this at a COPA Conference in Washington DC, I was kind of taken aback.

Why?

Because I had never heard him talk like this before or read anything like this from him prior.

Then I realized that he was using a good part of Don Gibson's work to make his model.

It was Don Gibson who first unearthed the outlines of the power structure in America at the time of Kennedy's presidency. And he does not get anywhere near the amount of credit he deserves for that significant achievement.

Getting back to what was supposed to be the subject of the thread, another good part of the book, which was not cut out, was the chapter on the medical evidence.

I had never really written anything of length or depth on this topic in book form prior to this.

So, before I started i got in contact with two people who were very good on the subject: Mili Cranor and Dave Mantik. I talked to them awhile and they gave me some sources and I went from there.

What Bugliosi did with this was so bad that it bordered on the outrageous. And what he did to Doug Horne was simply irresponsible and mendacious.

I don't agree with everything Doug wrote in his ARRB memo about two brain examinations. But to ignore the basic evidence that the brain in the archives cannot be what all those witnesses saw, that the brain was not dissected, and Stringer said he did not photograph the exhibits in the archives that are supposed to be JFK's brain, that is simply ridiculous.

And that is what Bugliosi did in his jihad against Horne.

Jim, if you haven't read it, you should check out the first chapter of Harry Barnes' 1953 book 'Perpetual War for Perpetual Peace' and see what was done to revisionist scholars and historians who questioned FDR's foreign policies and the official history of WWII. It will sound awfully familiar.
